First you have to peel them, the best way to do that is to take them from the narrow end and bang it against something to loosen the skin, and then you can quickly peel them, you then have to bake them but make sure it is over an open fire so wrap them up in foil before setting them inside, alternatively you can put them on a microwaveable safe plate and nuke them for 3 minutes until the flesh is tender, make sure to watch them closely so they don’t burn as well, you want to be close by so you can quickly take them out when they start to turn red
