There are the broadcasters looking in to it, but the most sensical explanation is that the Israeli government makes it clear that if anyone supports the warcrimes they are doing in Gaza, that Eurovision IS the cultural angle to show it,
the combination of regulars boycotting and the political "fans" giving 20 votes only to Israel explains the vote pretty well, and the EBU doesn't care as long as they get money (though the suspicion countries are looking into is that they buy more SIM cards for more votes)
look at the Israeli ambassador in Ireland saying the Irish ESC televote (Israel got 10 points) "proves" that being pro-Palestine is an unpopular position despite ALL major political parties in the Irish parliament agreeing on the issue

No, there is no secret ploy. Just people voting for the country they support in a controversial conflict. Saying politics sway televotes and sometimes jury votes is not a conspiracy. There is no conspiring. Just separate people voting on their own because of their beliefs.
