If you are a heavy into the strategy aspect, you could try spectral, checkered deck if you want to try an "easy" flush stake, analygriph if you are patient, and erratic if you are a madman that is willing to restart a dozen of time for optimal deck

I think the Lovers is fine.

The Hermit is definitely one that could be better, since it represents introspection and I don't really see that connection with the Animal Crossing playthrough? If anything, I think AC would be better as Temperance, since that card is primarily about balance

The Wheel is a difficult one because of how broad "fortune" and luck are, but maybe make it a roulette wheel? I don't know if that's too on the nose and not RT enough, though

The Hanged Man could go to either Gilbert or I Want Die IMO, since the card represents sacrificing that which gives you strife

The Star is another interesting one to work with due to its meaning of hope and renewal; and I can't really think of anything that would fit

Judgement should be fine; it honestly could be any final boss if we really wanted

In judgement I chose Reality Check Through The Skull because it's the one boss battle that RT has not been able to clear
