What are the benefits to having a clubhouse?

the businesses it unlocks all suck and are only worth getting to feed a nightclub (the nightclub warehouse slowly fills up from every pre-After Hours business - warehouse crates, bunker guns, and all the biker ones - but as a result costs all of them put together)

and the clubhouse itself has nothing going for it except for ten motorbike storage slots and a motorcycle version of auto shop customer cars

although the cheapest clubhouse is only 200k so it pays itself back pretty quickly with the customer bikes

not in an awful location either

it does but that's also not very useful

other than instantly spawning a bike next to you

the only thing you can do with the MC that you can't do as a VIP is directly use the biker businesses, which are shit on their own

the Agency's pretty good

the Nightclub's pretty good passively but the setup cost is pretty high if you want to max it out (you need to hire more staff and have one each of a crate warehouse, bunker, document forgery, weed farm, cash counterfeiter, meth lab, and cocaine lab, plus the big delivery truck (but don't bother with the medium delivery truck))

the Nightclub also has passive income from ticket sales that you can pick up from the safe, which is 50k a day at max popularity

popularity goes down over time but it's easy to keep high

What about the bunker? Any benefits from that?

the bunker's pretty good for making money and has loads of cool unlocks for modifying the Gunrunning Update's vehicles and guns, but there's only a couple of good locations

however you can't have it make money and work on unlocks at the same time

Why does an arcade have to be purchased to do the casino heist?

you use the basement of the arcade to plan it and store the kit

it's a little contrived but what can ya do

the arcade also has passive income but it's based on how many games you have and the games are also kinda pricey

I guess an arcade's basement seems more... secretive than an apartment's heist planning room

the two best bunker locations are Farmhouse and Chumash

Chumash is a lot cheaper than Farmhouse

that's for if you want to use it to make money or do the manual resupply missions

if you only want a bunker for the research and don't mind paying for supplies then the Paleto one will do

I'd say no since it's so far away from almost everything*
(*except the Act 2 finale)

I can't remember all the prices but the ones around the middle of the map are probably the best locations

the expensive one in the reservoir is a trap because it's in an even less convenient location than the Paleto one

I think there’s a good chance we get gta 4 since the emphasis on Lucia being from liberty city, there could be a flashback mission set in liberty city and releasing GTA 4 would give a chance for players to re introduce them to what liberty city is all about
