I really enjoyed the first game, from what I hear the second game does live up to it

Was there any expected timeline SR2 may be out of early access? I haven't kept up with that news much so don't know if that's changed much since it's been.. a year? Or so now

Nope, nothing official, but a lot of people are just assuming it will be out in a similar timeline to SR1 so around 18 months from the early access launch

But yeah, there’s nothing official in terms of a timeline, monomi park is very good when it comes to making sure their developers aren’t overworked so they could take as long as they want and I’d be happy

That's fair then. I find it harder to re-play SR1 despite giving it a go multiple times, so I feel I should give 2 the best it can and wait for the full release

is it just me or are tars way more common in slime rancher 2 compared to the first game

I have noticed the same thing about tarrs in SR2. It happens the most for me in the area where the Boom Largo is located and ||Rainbow Island||, but I think it's fitting for the second location due to ||the split in foliage color||.

Seeing all of those tarrs gives me the idea to describe a group of them as "tarr pits"
