Back when I made my Snickerdoodle Blossoms, I used used yogurt to substitute for eggs.
I am currently making some brownies using the same substitution ratio (1/4 cup yogurt for each egg). It's a wildly off consistency pre-baking, but I guess I'll see how they taste after 🫠

One batch turned out more (brownie) brittle feel so I broke it up. The second was a bit crumbly as I cut it to portions (fully cooked, but I'm blaming the yogurt for the crumble)
