I’m not sure if this is a bug or if I’m missing something, but when I equip items that are supposed to give +skill levels, the skill level doesn’t actually go up.

For example, I tried equipping and unequipping gear that has +skill level on it, but the skill level stays the same no matter what.

Has anyone else experienced this issue, or is there something I might be doing wrong?

You probably dont see it in topltip because your chaos skill are on second weapon set. Change weapon set or cast tht skill then check the lvl if it changes

Pssr was tanking my performance lol, even the sound clipping and delays are mostly gone now.

Loading has been at least halved, still way too long and longer than launch even, which is absurd. Most infuriating is closing inventory and having to look at the loading gears and a black screen from anywhere from 20 seconds to a full minute.

Performance was better when it came out - I meant 0.3. 0.3b killed it again.. at least for me.. I do not even use PSSR I use NIS (or whatever they call it with no upscale but reduced resolution 7X%.

Check it out.. it run a way better quality but like 3 FPS difference. It’s on PS5 pro for sure.

Keep in mind you HAVE TO buy everything for ps5 in game. Pc and ps5 cant share mtx and if you go on the site itll buy it onto a pc account and be unavailable. This can be sorted with support but it took over 6 months for my buddy to get stuff transfered(it was an obvious mistake on his part, just customer service real slow)

Do also check when you get to character select on ps5 that there isnt a second account at the top you can switch to

What I’ve been doing is, if you play alone. Instead of buying MTX/Tabs for your character but transferring them and buying it with your guild points. And using the guild stash as your main tabs.

Guild stash shares with both PC and PS5z

This way you don’t have to buy twice

Only works for tabs and not cosmetic (exception is guild hideouts stuff)

The only issue you’ll get is you can’t shop with guild stash.

L1 would not have any interaction with adaptive triggers to begin with, it only uses L2 and R2, and PoE2 doesn't have any adaptive trigger usage.

The only thing that we learned is that the trade board will be disabled permanently ( so replaced) in preparation for Async trade a few days before league launch. I don't know how things are on Playstation but the market should feel a little better than the last few leagues, as long as there are no patch issues or big problems like the ones that have occurred the past few for consoles, that would drive a significant amount of people away

The market is dead because of tht auto sell malarkey and because is not platform share like on poe2. Plus this league you can farm all your gear from tht breach tree so gear doesn't sell. So only scarabs. Delirium orbs. Essences and maps would sell. The rest ppl just farm it themselves as its so easy this league. Plus there is no auction house so its kinda hard to see what sells and on what prizes

Best now is farm gold and send t5 map runners on t15 maps to get some currency back or do 500 mil worth shipments to get a chance of mirror shards

Getting platinum for PS is pretty easy actually, did it while back. I'm pretty sure if you play on Steam it's a giant pain in the as; bc you have to go through all of the talking scenes with every npc too or something, which actually rqs multiple playthroughs.

Its been like this since the beginning of the game. If you can't figure it out how to make currency then maybe watch some farming videos on YouTube. You can pretty much be self sufficient if you learn how to craft gear yourself and wht and where to farm

@lusty gate you should have just bought 6 link base and crafted on it with fossils and essences. Or just use the breach tree mechanics to get your armour peace

2k armour and evasion as example is enough for end game content. And it's cheap

1st clear atlas tree
2nd get 2 voidstones
3rd farm some 8mod yellow maps
4th farm scarabs using 8 mod yellow maps
5th farm essences
6th do blight or legion for bubble gum currency to get your colours and links
Then later you can do rituals. Breach. Juiced maps.
There are plenty 1 div build tht can clear content

Or you can just farm gold and abuse kingsmarch with ships or mappers or go to the mines etc

Just pick 1 or 2 farm strats and you will be ok.

The biggest problem you all have thr you pick a pc version of the build and then you struggle because of market. Learn how to farm your uniques and high value items

Or do 5 men group content for raw drops

When I check out my graphics it says I'm running at 60 fps but the second I close the settings and start moving around it starts lagging

Power off the ps. Then press and hold the power button till you hear the second beep. (Like 10am comes). Then you cable up your controller and turn it on. Arrow down to clear cache and rebuild database. Choose clear cache.

Yah I don't think it's performance it has to be internet based but I've said it before and in saying it again, I don't have this issue with any other games why does this game have such a significant issue

So yeah upon doing research it looks like ggg designed their game in "in my opinion" a dumb ass way, in the attempt to fix latency issues and possible desync's. they created a system called lockstep which essentially makes it so that if you don't have an incredibly stable connection, it freezes when it detects fluctuations. I'm not talking about bad Wi-Fi, I'm not talking about the Wi-Fi not being quick enough, I simply mean the fact that if your Wi-Fi fluctuates too much, which is basically guaranteed to happen on anything that's not wired directly into the router, then the game freezes up until it can load exactly where you are supposed to be on the server. So basically instead of running the game through your PlayStation they run it through a server and then expect your Playstation to catch up to it, if I understand that correctly. Which is why games like the finals, Warframe, call of duty, battlefield, like literally any online game, doesn't have the same issue, as they have completely different net coding, specifically designed to be forgiving to fluctuating MPS, which is why they are playable on my internet, while POE2 is not. They should really add to the description of this game that an ethernet cable is required to play it, I find myself pretty upset that I put $30 in this game, which isn't the end of the world, it's not the most money but... I made a purchase without being informed of the totality of what I would need to enjoy it, which feels like false advertising to a degree. This also reminds me of Diablo 4 when they told everybody that they designed their servers to load every single player's items all at once, which is why that game was having a lot of lag when it came out. Why can't they just design arpgs well bro it can't be that hard. Everyone told me that this game was better than Diablo IV but Diablo 4 at least WORKS.

Standard is like graveyard. Thts where everyone goes at the season end.
New league is a full reset. Graveyard doesn't get new update. So your friend plays abyss update now and you are in a new vaal league. Its ok you can play together in 4 months when your character will go to graveyard at the end of the season. Lol
