For specific build idk, but in general, those 2 are enabling insane power creep. My POB resolute technique vs diamond shrine belt goes from 4m to 66m dps

yes, should be the same, but pay attention that the "increased critical strike chance" mod on the martial weapon itself is local, meaning that it increases the baseline critical strike chance. Basically, for something like this bow with assasin's mark on the enemy I'd be
weapon baseline = 6.5% x (1 + 19% {weapon suffix}) = 7.73%
baseline = 7.73% + 1.5% {mark} = 9.23%
end result = 9.23% x (1 + more%) x (1 + increased%) = ...

How much life do you have? Can you raise your maximum resistances? Also armour reduces damage based on the size of the hit, so that "80% reduction" isn't doing nearly as much against big hits, when you need it

Additional physical damage reduction, like from endurance charges, or taking phys damage as elemental, can make your armour much more effective

There's no such thing as a melee mine. Mines either trigger/use a spell or a ranged attack when they detonate, depending on what gems you're using. Technically you could use Battlemage to get damage from a melee weapon onto a spell mine, but i don't know if that's a thing people actually do.

The quota/desired product does two things - there's a bonus to the amount of reward you get for sending those specific items - so like if it's 90% Blue Zanth then it'll give you 1.9x whatever the value was for the BZ specifically. That's how I understand the math to work, anyway.

When you complete the whole quota, I believe the 'bonus' is just an extra unique item (maybe more than one?) and then obviously it'll reroll the desired items as well

I haven't done a deep dive on it, so take that with a grain of salt, but I believe that's the general idea of it
