Guys is taking all endurance nodes on jugg good on earthshatter for more aoe and damage

if you scale up damage by using stuff like disciple of the unyielding, juggernaut ascendancy node unyielding, charge mastery, etc, and can fit in like two kaoms sign unique rings (altogether can get you up to 9 endurance charges without accounting for implicits on gear), it can be a decent source of both defence and damage

of course other ascendancies like zerker will have more damage than jugg, but you can scale jugg up like that and clear ubers if you want no problem

You can play through with LA and farm currency to buy the gem. If you don’t like lab then that would be the play, as you’d be running merc lab and hoping for the straight transfigured gem option (just remember to keep an elemental hit gem in your stash waiting)

But also woke harvest isn't the only way to do crop rota, it's just the most profitable one.

You can also do crop rota in 8mod t16 with doubling and lineage without risks, but yield will be logically lower.

from what I've seen and heard no , you can level with srs or absolution , you can't start with holy relic of conviction , best way to get the gem is merc lab , you need 2 transfigured gems , the holy relic one and Lancing Steel of Spraying

merc lab has Transform a non-Transfigured Skill Gem to be a random Transfigured version ,so if you put in a holy relic , you get holy relic of conviction

well it will be a random trans gem of the same color. not specifically holy relic so better to take a gem of the same color and use it so you dont throw away your leveled up gem
