hmm yeah, idk i was thinking finally! worb changes, and then.. yeah just another wortless "rework" aKa change that changes nothign
Do any1 know how much fortification can you get? like 20?
20 is base, 26 with a couple points on the tree
max reasonably obtainable is like 30-40
holy moly
7 max from timeless I think? +10 max from celestial brace
thats like 43 then? dang. Celestial brace is uber exarch tho tbf
Can get big numbers but with armour/ev stacking it always get expensive
I might go champ just bc I'll be playing alongside someone. Taunt all enemies, make them deal 20% less damage, and give 26+ fortification to allies? Sheeeeesh
They wont even need defenses at that point
just make them get 5M dps by level 80
not to mention you can make the enemy take 30% increased damage via the taunt/intimidate
seems super good in a multiplayer situation
Yeah, that's definitely in line with the original vision of champion, party buffs and such
Dang, after reading notes idk what i wanna play xD
nothing on glance dont appeal to me
Just lurk general for 20 minutes, you'll see about 150 builds get suggested
Oh okay xD
yes
im just gonna leaguestart any buffed already existing build and then look for whatever pops up week 1-2 that looks interesting
They don't deal 20% less anymore. That nodes gone.
Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

its not
wait
no its not
it was merged into the first taunt passive
Which build should I play if I want to spin to win?
I saw GGG spoiled that in today's video
i think the taunt on hit part moved to the other one, but the reduced damage dealt was removed and replaced with the banner node
Slayer probably
maybe champion
mayber zerker
How to spec passive points/ascendency points/affixes I want on my gears/skill gems and support gems I should use/why I want them
I wonder can I spin to win pinnacle bosses... I guess it'll quite hard so I need to switch my attack way in endgame
NVM I see ... Well least you'll still have the 10% from taunt ... And you'll have 11% more from fortify than we had this league minimum
You can definitely cyclone pinnacle bosses in ssf / reasonable budget. Not sure about Ubers exactly.
We went from 15 to perma max ... And you can get +6 on the tree easy
So 5+6 is 11 stacks more
I think any old cyclone build should still be 95% accurate. I dont think there were any fundamental changes to the skill
and there's different takes on it
The new support gem owo ... My new support gem xD
generally 2h weapon with as much damage as possible, body armour with high armour or armour/evasion rating, life and res on everything else
melee strike range and inc. aoe is great for mapping
slayer is my ascendancy of choice, lots of way to choose your QoL, whether it's aoe or infinite leech or whatever
Wonder if I should cyclone or if it's bait
To be fair it's less bait than me wanting to play lightning tendrils
Armour work in Poe?
armour is OP in poe
👀 It's a joke in Poe 2
lol yeah
Honestly I played disentegrate in LE ... And I totally am swaying to playing it here too lel
rip armour in poe 2
But scorching ray would probably suck
I just finished a divine ire ignite character and it has sooo many good buffs now
focused channeling with divine ire?
im so sad they buffed it AFTER I played it
Divine ire got nuked in a follow up post
oh?
At least I think
Which character should I pick to play cyclone?
I didn't see it but someone said they did
i saw hexblast get nuked
Budget ... Go jug and get can't be slowed
Or slayer but then you eat the speed penalty
But you'll have more dmg
And area
I played hexblast as the main skill of my first character
My conclusion is I never want to play that again because defense is too weak
i think slayer is just straight up better than jug for cyclone
unless you mirror-tier stack str
Late game it is because you can get the jug passive from a unique
But early game jug might be on par
With its ups and downs
gotcha
I just know the slayer aoe passive double dips with cyclone and the leech is insane for early game
since cyclone benefits from the aoe and strike range
So, is Currency Exchange being cross platform this league ?
https://poedb.tw/us/Endless_Hunger#AscendancySlayer10
Do this node help me to immune corrupted bleeding too?
20% increased Attack Speed while Leeching
20% of Overkill Damage is Leeched as Life
Cannot be Stunned while Leeching
You are Unaffected by Bleeding while Leeching
(Leeched Life is recovered over time. Multiple Leeches can occur simultaneously, up to a maximum rate)
(Overkill Damage is any Damage from a Hit in excess of the Enemy's remaining Life...
Corrupted Blood =/= Bleeding
You can get corrupted blood immunity via a corrupted jewel (it has to have the corrupted blood immunity implicit) or via a protection mastery
Which ascendency can immune corrupted bleed?
What's protection mastery?
Oh then it's a how to manage passive branches issue
you can find that on corrupted jewel implicit
99.99% of players solve it with a jewel
the protection mastery is more for like
if you're super broke
lol
or life flask
planned on playing it, kinda new, is 22% net dps a big nerf?
Increase physical damage/attack speed are affixes I want on jewels? Any affixes else?
attributes, resistances, uhh
idk what else off the top of my head
reduced effect of curses on you
mostly damage
emmm I remembered we can't get attributes and resistances from jewels
7% maximum life
oh yeah max life is a big one lol
2h weapons better than 1h weapon+ shield?
2h = damage, 1h + shield = survivability
i believe 2h is generally preferred for cyclone
Wait, which skill I can use else for more area of effect if I don't want to sacrifice my Ms?
-30% Ms is a lot...
This is the only way for slayer to buff area of effect?
Not sure what you mean exactly. Cyclone gives you reduced movement speed while using it. Just part of the skill, doesn't matter what ascendancy you choose. Slayer can give you additional AoE for your Cyclone skill via the "Impact" node
Anything that says increased area of effect or +X to melee strike range will boost Cyclone AoE
Juggernaut can give you back some of the lost MS with the "Unstoppable" node, and some AoE via the "Unyielding" node and endurance charges
How do the channeling supports look?
At first glance i was thinking (hc) righteous fire chieftan, ignite prolif, incinerate
they havent shared the stats on the new support gem, no idea if its 30% more or 60% more or how it stacks or anything
infused channeling buff probably isnt super noticeable tbh
other than those two, not many channeling support options. Arctic Armour exists for more damage reduction while channeling (stationary)
@signal owl I'm sure you can find a much better / more complete PoB with a quick google search but if you want some ideas/pointers you can look here: https://pobb.in/uaFpC24f4i0i
@signal owl also here https://poe.ninja/builds/settlersssf/?skills=Cyclone
think of it less as a complete build PoB and more like highlighting some of the stuff you'd want to look at when you make your character
You also might want some kind of impale or bleed later in the game but idk when it comes into play
It's 60% more for 100% cost
20% of each per stack
So positive stacks 3 times ... Negative 5 times
Sheeesh thats crazy
To be fair most channeling skills need more than that to not be bad
and you gotta waste a slot on infused channeling so it has to at least make up for 2 support gems in 1 slot
So tldr it's mid
But it's a start ... And I claim it as mine owo
infused channeling is so good smh
It's not good it's required
For basically anything that isn't cyclone
It was mandatory at 8% and it's mandatory at 12%
They are really bad
and 8% doesn't do all that much
Exactly
They deserved all the hate they got and more that they didn't get
And they probably still do
Channeling is just Soo bad in this game unless your cyclone
And cyclone up until now only exists to be a trigger battery for other stuff
CWC coc
The stupid Aftershock support specifically made for cyclone
It just depends how you play ig
no stationary skill will ever be ideal for blasting maps
by definition
Also not ideal for bossing that your skill has a mandatory delay
i mean honestly channeling skills have an advantage in that you can charge up during immune phases and then frontload damage
on the higher end that's pretty valuable
But you can do the same thing with much better skills for much more payoff
Like that was literally what mines and traps did
And you will only be good for that tiny burst at the begining
Then your back to doing tickles
Because of that delay
what makes you think channeling = no dps
I dont see the difference between standing in place to shoot 5 fireballs or standing in place to shoot one big divine ire
Because you don't
Shooting 5 fireballs takes like 1 seconds ... Waiting for LT to do it's burst takes 3 seconds ... Waiting for scorching ray to regain it's stacks takes 3-5 seconds
wasnt there a new fortify helmet mod shown in the video? I cant find it now
Most charge skills have either a delay or some building mechanic
nvm found it
and that's generally balanced out by innately higher dps once reached
in theory
The problem is you almost never get to hit those stacks
Unless your cyclone kek cuz you can channel and stay out of the way
At the same time
dont get me wrong, I'm not saying channeling skills dont need buffs, i just think it's silly how many people consider them completely unusable garbage
Because they are
and with most channeling skills you can frostblink mid channel and be perfectly fine
they literally aren't
There is almost never a time when you can sit still and commit to 3 seconds of casting
Bossing or clearing
Clearing you want to keep moving ... Bossing you want to move out of the way
This is poe oof
If you can't move you die
And I wish I was exaggerating
Channeling skills also never offer any form of CC because that is supposed to be their downside and CC would make it an irrelevant downside sadge
if your gameplay revolves around meta mirror-tier trade league builds, and you're blasting maps at mach 10, channeling skills will never be a viable option, just based on the fact that you're stationary for any amount of time
but, if you're doing anything where enemies take >1 second to kill, channeling is not going to inherently feel worse than instant skills. It's just not
If you could lock the enemy down for the time it took you to build up you would feel great ... But it would also make the time to build up irrelevant oof ... But right now the buildup process is a bit too rough
Emmmmm I mean no another melee skills I can select to aoe?
The problem is even if you ignore the meta players the game isn't ignoring them ... Drops are rough because these people are spamming 60 maps an hour and not 6 maps an hour
Lel
I don't think you're understanding lol
I do ... You said if you ignore everything else it's fine
At least I think
Uwu
I'm talking about an average player just getting through maps and quest pinnacle bosses for the sake of progressing and enjoying the game
someone who gets 10 div a league and doesn't currency farm 60 maps an hour
If you did all of that unrolled then maybe
unrolled?
No mods
wdym
Nvm oof
you don't think you can do all content with a channeling skill in ssf unless you leave the maps unmodded?
lol
like actually?
Yes at least nearing the end
this is what i mean, that's an absurd take
you can totally do all non-uber content on a doo-doo homebrew channeling build in ssf
Like I totally think you can get through the campaign with it
You can do that with just about anything
You wouldn't be taxed till yellows or reds
And especially in those later bosses
I think I see what you're saying. By red maps you probably need to put a little more into defenses than you would otherwise and that can take away from damage or qol or whatever else. 100% I agree. I just think that for the non-mach10-map-blaster, needing a little more defenses makes channelling "kinda rough" and not "completely unusable garbage" like most people seem to claim
but idk maybe I'm the only sff player and everyone else is a mach 10 map blaster in which case totally valid to think channeling skills are the most useless thing in poe
It's also the type of game this is
Drop rates are kinda bad
And the only way to combat that is roll the dice more
So map blasters is just fulfilling the game design
eh sorta
it takes many many hours to reach that point in ssf, where move speed or channeling delay is the limiting factor, rather than raw damage output
it just depends where you find the fun and where you spend most of your time playing
by the time i'm blasting red maps for chase items my build is already complete
for me the game is getting it to that point
I'm ssf uwu
I would love to be allowed to slow down lel
Always end up playing the weird builds anyway
But if the game is balanced around getting as many rolls of the dice as possible slowing down is adding even more friction
channeling is only slower at the very very endgame
when raw damage isnt the limiting factor
It's slower at basically every stage of the game it's just the gap gets wider the further it goes
I still think we need a momentum support for channeling owo
I'm like 95% sure a scorching ray will kill a tough rare faster than fireball will, on an equally meta build 🤔
I enjoy reading this conversation tyvm, you both have a valid point
in like yellow/red maps
To be fair fireball is really rough ... Unless you do that ignite build with it
idk haha
oh really? i havent used fireball in a bit i just picked the first example i thought of
Lol
but i guess it kills packs slower, tbf
idk lol, it depends on a lot
Ye we usually skip fireball any chance we get kek ... Rolling magma is just right there
XD
rolling magma is goated
The better fireball
i have to stop myself from using it every time
Once you get used to aiming xD
i pick it up in the campaign and i'm like welllll maybe i make a rolling magma build this league...
lol
Purity of elements is also very hard for me to put down
its just so nice
Same ... Really good temporary buff until you get everything sorted
Covers a good bit of res ... And gives freeze immunity until you get your own
Probably better than slapping on determination/grace early on
Even prenerf
yeah for sure. I'd use a 50% aura for freeze immunity alone
I mean if all you care about is freeze immunity wear arctic armour
35% buff that does the same
that's trueee
Lel
But then its like, 15% for everything else
which isnt bad either
haha
I'm not sure what to start next league
Me either ... Possibly elementalist but I don't know what
i kinda wanna go champion and just stack all the % less damage taken stuff. fortification, infused channeling, maybe an enfeeble aura
the main appeal being resistance to mean map mods
Yeeee it will work
less armour/evasion/suppression? pfft who cares
still immortal
who needs other defensive layers
that can be stripped away
Don't get the entire channeling archetype killed again
I strive for map mod immunity
I don't even know if it would work I'm just throwing words out there kek
not sure whats ssf friendly other than like ES stuff
rf/archmage kinda. idk if those are really "stackers" though
bro tried to sabotage my league start 😔
did they say that the mercenaries you can talk to/challenge will be in every zone in 3.26?
this champion change for mercenary league, the 3% attack speed per fortify above 20, isnt this like, terrible/fake?
it completely requires an item do to anything otherwise its an entire node giving u like, what, 12% attack speed?
they didnt say it but its a league mechanic so i assume so
i think they did, they said there is one in every area
Yes
It's terrible but it's better than what used to be there
its a shame
i wish we got something better
or maybe theres some proper support for fortify stackings omewhere
Also maybe it's not too bad ... You can get 6 from the tree to start out
That's 18% armour evasion and attack speed
isnt that atrocious for an entire lab
can't wait to check an entire set of gear for something worthwhile every zone then.
Its gonna always be garbage
we have worse ones on other ascendancies.
Also the 2 defense passives are a more multiplier
special mods exclusive to the mercenary gear and allegedly "better rolled, because mercs also craft their gear"
Ye that's just ggg trying to sell their league
Don't get excited or you'll be disappointed
Always
i'm the opposite of excited for checking a full set of gear each map. but the shown special mods are pretty strong and the gear isn't marked with an icon or anything to indicate that it has a special mod
Lol
As long as we get the new supports they use it will all be worth it
Uwu
Yeah maybe you smart ppl can figure out a champ build
20 if you do focus mod, 30 if you do gloves. So that’s
50% less dmg taken from hits
nearby enemies take 25% increased phys dmg
90% more armor/ev
90% increased attack speed
?
is the math I got rn
but idk how to pob lol I suck at it
+10 from passives and lethal pride for that ^
and +50% increased as from gloves
can we target farm t16 enhanced maps? for example only jungle valleys?
im not sure if i didnt understand how they drop
all they said in the reveal is that you can find them after defeating the 3 pinnacle bosses, but not where or how they drop exactly. maybe they mentioned something in the Q&A, but i haven't watched that
ed + ct, bane or soulrend, which of these can actually take on t17.(trickster btw)
Should I purchase a crimson jewel with corrupted blood immunity or pray I can get one by vaal my crimson jewels?
b oth

Guys what the difference between the secrets of the atlas league and the mercenaries league are they the same? Do i have to pick one?
secrets is not a league
Does it start at 1pm pacific or 4pm?
Yeah that makes sense i was confused as f*ck to why they have 2 leagues this time lol
secrets of the atlas is the name of the expansion, mercenaries is the name of the league, thats basically it
its just that 3.25 was Settlers league, while the expansion was called Settlers of Kalguur, so they just happened to share names
No?
ok what was the expansion and league name for 3.25?
3.25 was just league, not expansion
Expansions generally have the word Atlas in them
And rework the entire endgame
expansions are separate from leagues and show up alongside a league as well yea
War for the Atlas, Conquerors, Echos, Siege and now Secrets
they refer to it as the Settlers of Kalguur expansion in a few places, expansions aren't just the "Atlas" expansions
The challenge leagues can have names different to the expansion names themselves
Google expansions
For poe fam
For example, Trial of the Ancestors vs Affliction league
So you're saying 3.25 was not an expansion, yes?
give usss the patchhh notess
Lol, no

thank you for your time
dont we already have patch notes
dose are not the patch notes i want the other ones they are suppuse to give us
3.26?

or different
naaa they said soemtime this week or next with the scarabs the skills more stuff about merceanrys
oh
yea thats next week
yeah it'll take a while for full patch notes
they said they're making changes still
?
like new gems and stuff are only revealed in the week leading up to release
do you have anything to say other than a question mark?
in the link?
press Ctrl+F
and type in "expansion"
then press enter
it will highlight it on the page
i wanna know the scarabs and the special Skill abilitys mercenarys have
very low quality ragebait
League
No?
hmh
they'll release the details over the next week
Nah u wrong
so just gotta wait a bit
secrets of atlas are just an expansion i think and the league it self its the mercenarys
Any kb users i can interact with kb deadeye

Key takes
- The only big downside is the lost %-Phys Reduction, and potentially the lost Life per Second
- The Increased Defences may (partly) make up for some of the lost %-Phys Reduction
- Gaining Chaos Res will also help with survive-ability overall
- New setup is less rigid, allowing the use of a real amulet
- Additional upside being your Golems don't have %-Less Life, reducing how often they die
- As long as a golem is alive you get the full bonus, rather than it yoyo-ing from other golems dying
im almost certainly at this point either doing some arcane surge effect stacking fellow
or ignite prolif channel
Don't forget about the new elementalist ascendancy node that gives you a bunch of phys as fire, which can help replace the physical reduction
The Shaper of Flames Ascendancy Passive Skill no longer has 25% more Damage with Ignites you inflict with Hits for which the highest Damage Type is Fire. Instead, it now causes Enemies Ignited by you to convert 40% of their Physical Damage to Fire.
If you can take this and consistently ignite, 40% of physical as fire is equivalent to 30% physical reduction at 75% fire resistance
I'm pretty sure it's now more worth to go Necromancer and pick the Golemancer Forbidden Jewels later on, rather than Elementalist all the way. Current elementalist as a golemancer feels like the current Bleed bow Glad', there's not much to pick, in fact, there's not enough
golems support for melee/cast/dot/crit build ideas?
- regen/mana regen/defences/ immune to melee damage?
Anyone have some good heist guides? It’s a mechanic I have never done but pretty interested although I’m sure betrayal mapping will be better now.
Seems like TR PF is the go to for Heist, but I’ll play it but sheesh I dread Ranger builds
how do you add things to the marketplace?
there's two ways, the easy way requires a premium stash tab. If you have one, you can make it public (right click the tab name and tick the Public checkbox), then any items placed in there can be right clicked to set a price (usually in chaos orbs or divine orbs)
the more annoying way is if you don't have a premium stash tab, you can make a forum post. Unfortunately i don't know how that works, so hopefully someone else can help with that
premium tabs cost real money?
If you mean how to use the currency exchange through faustus, then the UI in there should allow you to place buy orders and sell orders
yep
but there is a stash tab sale every 3 weeks, you just missed the last one I think
!tabs
Stash tab sale when?
Generally, stash tabs are on sale every three weeks starting the second weekend of the league - the subreddit has an estimated stash tab sale day in the sidebar
How do I get points?
Purchasing the First Blood starter pack is recommended, as it has 200 points, a stash tab, and a weapon effect
||https://www.pathofexile.com/purchase#FirstBloodPack||
Alternatively, supporter packs are more cost effective than individual points, and give you extra stuff too.
Which ones do I get?
Recommended first tabs are:
- Currency Tab
- Upgrade to Premium (easier to list your items for trade)
- Map tab (after finishing the campaign)
- Fragment tab (after finishing the campaign)
_ And then what?_
If you're focusing on something specific eg. essence farming, picking up the essence tab might be a good investment. The same goes for the divination, and other specialized tabs, like delirium or delve. However, you may find you can handle things with a combination of regular tabs or a quad tab (and the extra storage space doesn't hurt either)
more info here ^
any expectations for the upcomming league starter builds?
oh this game...
I'm on a fixed income now. due to a work place accident. I can't afford that.
this game is killing me. I dont understand how to improve on my build and when I do get help which i am grateful for the but other players dont speak they just carry me thru then leave.
I dont really know because i think it will depend a lot on runes and what new gems you can get from mercenaries
you can ask for help regarding your build in #1┃after-acts-help
you need to provide more details about your build though, starting with skills you're using, your defences (elemental resistances, armour, etc), your passive tree
stuff like that
ohh right
so are the mercs perma hired, or only for one map ?
wow so they realy are like Diablo 2 mercs, thats great !
With the changes to scarabs from the map device, do you guys think it will be possible to fully sustain the most common scarabs for any given league mechanic? I am really tempted to play SSF, but my biggest issue with it has ALWAYS been that I can't really juice maps reliably with whatever mechanic I feel like farming at the time.
Yea I guess betrayal and expedition could get your scarabs but it’s still random
I’m not sure anyone sustains endless scarab mapping, without trade
i reckon it'll be a bit better than last league since you use fewer points for more focused scarab chance, but yeah in ssf it's not possible to 100% sustain. You probably will still have to set side scarab farming sessions in t17s (that tree would be the same as your farming tree but we as much scarab chance as possible and with whatever notables you've you more rarer varieties, if that exists), and then go back to your main tree to farm the content
i think t17s still be the best place to farm then anyway, but if the new memory thread t16s are just as good, it'll be much easier to do that
mmm yeah I thought so
it's a shame, cause I don't mind having to grind specific items I need for however long, but I need to be able to do the mechanics I love (and juice them to a degree) to do so
will think on it, we'll see
that's ~20% of the mod pool, very nice
I think this is fine for attack damage players, but my question is: does spell players use resistance modifers on weapons in some way?
unless theyre in the campaign, no
no serious build ever wants resistances on their weapons
this is more than fine for attack dmg players, this is HUGE for weapon crafting
Is merc league separate from main league
No.
Its weird...is like they took half a league with half and expansion and set it together at the same time
Wait wont be likr aura bot merc the best?
Big expansion usually means smaller league mechanic, so people don't have to navigate too much new content at once
Secrets stuff is probably more impactful on the endgame than we realise
Yes, for most ppl, the mercenaries will be a more obvious league mechanic, while the very end game stuff is waiting there. Most would call this the merc-league.
ah boo if they have a 5 link its not a 5 link gear
its just skill gem link not on the actual gear
Its good for giving them gear though
What's everyone's thoughts on the starcaller axe?
depends how strong is starfall
me will mainly use them as an Auraaa slavee
Yeah exactly
Looks sweet, actual play depends on the numbers of the granted skill
Which we don't know yet
But i want one anyway
Yeh lol
Any free aruas its so big tbh
I wanted to go cyclone coc soulrend of the Reaper but idk if that axe is great for it
But I want it so bad 😅
If the skill is trash then i will farm t2 maps and look fantastic doing it
Yeh lol I mainly just wanna have fun this league and try my own thing
We need more data on starfall to figure out if the axe is going to be good becuase if you rewatch the demo in the video, you will actually see cyclone is killing the vast majority of the mobs before the startfall hit, so we have no real idea how much dmg the startfall portion actually does or if the demo was just carried by cyclone itself
Secrets of the atlas comes to replace alva, einhar, niko and kirac memories
Yeah true, it just looks fun af
This is good tho. Means I don't need to socket armour and weps and can give them the cheapest baller uniques.
true
can you swap support gems on mercs?
We've not seen anything that suggests you can. Their gear doesn't have gems in it, and their skill panel at the bottom doesn't seem accessible
Pretty sure their skill loadout is like their passives: if you want it to be different, find a different merc and hire them instead
yea seems like it
can only the map owner hire them? Or everyone in the party could hire a "copy" of the merc you encounter in a map?
do they ever update pob to have some of the new league patch notes before a league drops?
ye
https://github.com/grindinggear no preview json yet tho and no complete gem info i think, so not much to update for now besides a few things here or there
ye mainly just ascendancy changes
So looking at the patch notes for the upcomming league, one of the Atlas changes reads The Intelligence Gathering Notable Atlas Passive has been replaced with the new Lethal Extraction Notable, which causes Executing Immortal Syndicate Members in your Maps to grant intelligence to their current division equal to 2 times their Rank.
I was about to say it's trash, but that should mean you can get 6 intel per member, and I think the most I've ever seen from one encounter was 4 members... if that's affected by the Betrayal scarab for additional intel, I think that would mean 15 intel per member. Which should mean - in theory - a max of 60 intel per encounter
Combine that with making all the other houses rivals, it should be feasible to put the 5 members you want in one house, make everyone else hate them, and probably be able to run a safehouse between every map
Since IIRC there's a "betray" option for rivals that gives intel for the rival house
RF champion possible?
sure its possible but not good at all
If Pohx says it's possible, i'll believe it. At a glance Champ defenses seem to be mostly about hit mitigation rather than DoT, so i don't really see it working well
the cast when stun chieftain seem to have survived right? didnt get a chance to try that one
dd of chain react got nerfed
hmm i see
genuine question, is elementalist wave of conviction ignite kinda dead with rework elementalist acsendacy nodes?
they got the poe2 buff that we didnt get
yes
thought so
thats a nerf
lol
is there a way to see new updated ascendancies? like in a planner or did someone put them together in a picture with their locations?
Chieftan using RF and ARF(arcane devotion) gets 24% more cast speed, 40% more spell damage, hinekora explodes, and ~90% all resist with a pretty simple/cost effective itemless setup)
Theres no reason for it to be a degen since we'd waste the cast speed
and theres no need for it to be fire (we could use avatar of fire potentialy), but it would likley either be fire or physical
what skills could be considered here?
bladefall bladeblast
blade vortex
incinerate?(does incinerate of expanse "charge faster" due to the more cast speed?)
purifying flame?
would kingmaker be good on the new mercs
Its probably going to be really expensive this league
sorry whats this mechanic about a merc?
Are the Ele changes from Witch are good or bad ? ^^
Check the content reveal at 15:00 for more examples as well
I have actually been thinking about this and I think its going to highly depend on the behavior of the mercs. Kingmaker has a very small "nearby" radius and AG you can build and manipulate to stay in range of you but you have less control over mercs. I think some people might be pretty surprised how small the radius is and how often their mercs will be out of range
holy shit it looks so fkn good
do we know if mercs use skills from items that grants them?
where i see thats comingg
@prime tree Laate but I imagine whatever option the party leader choos es you gt or can abstain from
play what make fun. 🙂
Where are they sticking these gems
i hope they dont need sockets
idk maybe there culture has a weird device
hmm? Not sure what you are asking
conner put out a vid on getting your AG and Merc to survive hard content
Like specifically the gear he used and had it survive 2k delve with double added ele mod
@cosmic hill to be fair, if you're able to replace what they have with something new and keep what they had. Then a mercenary having a five link skill would have it snatched up by a player to use or sell as a five link
And the way they did it instead prevents people from being able to do that
you dont get to keep what you replace
It goes away into the void
unless it was yours
???????

Will mercs help you fight other mercs?
probally not
You guys think the new pinnacles are Eater/Exarch power level, or Maven?
GhazzyTV on youtube is probably the main guy for necro builds
just bought the sacred cryptkeeper pack and its not on poe2 rip lol
We dont know. Yes?
people gonna be selling mercs then on TFT if there'll be (rare) meta mercs
isn't golem commander 40%?, why 80?
2 small nodes leading up to golem commander give 20% each
i feel like i im going to have so many questions with mercs since they are more like player than minion
- do trigger skills on equipment work on them (e.g. corpsewalk)
- can they gain e.g. rage, rampage and stuff
(no i definetly dont want dancing dervish to work on them xdd)
1- no
2- Probably?
We know they cannot use skills from equipment just like AG
But they will likely be able to generate charge or other mechanics with their skills from equipments
If say the 3 zana bosses are prob as hard as sirus/t17 and the final boss is like uber maven tier
Read the last line... Wait... Huh.... I mean i goes it stacks?
You'd need 4 notables for sexblast though it dies free a ring slot which can be huge
Mercs seem like an ag that won't level with you, just use them as rogue exiles 2
Defibitly a singletarget league
I believe they said during the Q&A that it was limited to one of each rune
I hate these Fing maps
Do we know if we still get betrayal safehouse rewards in Catarina fight?
u whud only need 1
is kingmaker buffs stackable? eg: If I have a kingmaker on merc and a kingmaker on spectre do I now have +20 max fort while in range?
don't think they said anything, but i'd assume no and to make up for it they buff regular safehouse rewards
u need to get the boss key and kill that to get rewards
Wasn't my question
why u even need 100% big waste of mastery nodes
the syndicate medallion looks tradeable, so i doubt that your board will have any effect on the rewards it gives
Im just asking if that's possible
truee so u can props just constantly farm the boss lol
It is not, you can only have one of each type of rune graft, as it says in the item
ty
Are there any new skills in 3.26 other than the two listed in the PoE website?
For sure more trarthan versions of gems
They dont list every new unique either
kingmaker isnt max fort
not that we know the stats of
but there certainly many more
just have to wait for them to be revealed
@limpid basin Yeah I rewatched the trailer and there are quite a few new ones, but no tooltip yet
also i dont remember if they showed different ones on the reveal
you can double check that yeah
so , what are you guys planning to play in this new league ?
Sanctum 🙂
ah yea, I read the desc of the wep wrong
hype
Do we know if the mercenary can have curse skill gems and if they would count towards our curse limit?
i wonder if the mercenary getting hit in sanctum would take away some of your resolve 🤔 seems like an easy way to do sanctum you let your merc do all the work 🤣
there's a screenshot of a merc with poacher's mark. I'd assume curse limit would work like with your AG.
Pretty sure one of the mercs has elemental weakness
Is there a build that can run Sanctum and map at the same time, even if it's slow, without dying 100 times? Obviously in early
Not really lol
Sanctum is a zhp build like no defences with single target dps being the focus. It’s super specialized
Not getting hit so you kill them first type of thing
You’re also not gonna want to kill kitava because you’ll have to find 30 all res on a unique heavy build
Yes i know but hexblast can sanctum and mapping, but bow ggg killed it
Yeah it could lol before they gutted the skill to be just unplayable in any manner
theres many skills that are good for sanctum that can also be good for maps, but if you build for both, then u wont be running sanctum as fast, that's about it
SRS, penance brand of dissipation both come to mind
anything that clears a whole screen / from off screen will be good
Most skill can technically do sanctum and map at a certain point
But a character that can do sanctum early on is not gonna have the greatest time mapping, but it is possible you’re just gonna have to adjust your build around it
No the merc is its own entity
Sanctum is nerfed if u already didn't know
what did they do to him?
do we know if full mf + gravebinds merc is a thing?
afaik they only said they nerfed it, but haven't revealed what they have done.
we don't know for sure but I would expect probably yes on the first question, and definitely yes on the second
curse limit is shared between all sources trying to curse the same monster, we know this from minions and party play. no reason mercs should be different
Might be nerfed ****
https://youtu.be/caeh4G_WhH8?t=3312 Mark talking about them making changes to sanctum
we back?
Technically speaking... it is impossible for any build to run sanctum and map at the same time because they require you to be in entirely different areas.
What i dont understand why their do this ? Frost Blades: Projectiles now deal 30% less Damage with Hits and Ailments.
consistency
so when strike skills have projectile portions they consistently deal less damage
i mean the normal frost blades are in singel completly dog water or ? and and the only thing what this skill can is aoe and theior nerf aoe now is this skill absolute shit ? (sry bad english) ^^
get em bloon
Dumb question. We're still using the POB Community Fork as the unofficial-but-community-standard planning tool, yeah? I haven't done much theory crafting since the early days of Settlers
i mean i think it was okay before
nothing is official (sponsored by ggg) but yeah it is absolutely the standard
so now it's just... bad...
Copy that, thanks Bloon! Now to wait impatiently for the updates to PoB so I can start tinkering 😄
hmm ok beserker new notes are make this skill very interesting. 😄
Hexblast mine ES attribute stacker can, but its mega nerfed
lightning tendrils
Frost blade's clear was consistently nerfed over the years so you generally don't want to play it these day for clear itself. The old days of Fight for Survival are long gone
what is there in terms of good builds similar to how ice nova of frostbolt hierophant plays?
for a ranged spell caster with good clear speed and decent single target
i want to feel like a diablo 2 sorc
there is a trans vortex that works basically the same
also cast from frostbolt
does not necessarily have yo be a carbon copy to that build, in terms of auto cast and sort of cascading
but i do want the d2 sorc kind of feeling
thats still prob the next best thing you will get
mobile spell slinger clear master
self cast is not in a good state currently
you can just google vortex, wiki has buttons to change between normal and transfigured/vaal versions
its one of few spell builds that could be playable
well maybe playable is too strong here
feel good fits better
it certainly looked like it would feel good
but it didn't give me any good measurement of power
the video that is
vortex of projection? @sonic field
just yappin some basic build ideas that could be worked into proper builds for the upcoming league. Waiting on a bit more info from GGG before locking in a proper starter build :^)
TIMESTAMPS:
0:00 Vortex manaman
8:15 Shield crush
14:35 Chaos slinger
Also I stream at https://www.twitch.tv/waggle if you're into that kind of thing : ^ )
first build in the vid
yes
they did, but it was very strong anyway, the dmg nerf is not a huge deal, you just need to may more attention to mana sustain
he isnt using kitava though
my laptop gonna suffer with that build
looks right down my alley though, if not maybe even too similar to last league
so are golems mandatory this league or not actually that good?
is there any content creator that does like a list of builds for new players to play on league start ?
maxroll and zizaran will be your best resources, they'll be posting updated guides in the upcoming days
@odd gate ty found like pohx and ghazzy but they cover builds that dont really excite me.
i found magefist, Flicker strike looks great but i have no clue whats happening
CaptainLance aint bad either
flicker strike is heavily discouraged as a league starter for newer players, you'll die an insane amount and do not very much damage
it's a fun second build when you have gear, but i do recommend picking a more standard league starter to play first
@odd gate yes i thought it looked very squishy and unpredictable, thats why im asking 😄
@static geyser tyvm for the recommendation
@brave sigil yes, very easy to understand, the build just looks, "inactive"
so how likely is it we will be able to make mercenary aura bots?
some people seem to think it is very unlikely mercenaries will be able to use skills gained from items
imagine slapping something like doryani boots on a merc and have it work
that would be pretty OP
what are you guys starting ?
no idea
IMFUBGUN
anyone gonna use their merc to generate some charges of somekind?
cant wait for my bosses to steal my charges
question.. do we know if the mercs are bound to character, or to account?
i assume to character.. i doubt we can use a lvl 80+ merc to carry an alt on campaign.... GGG wouldnt allow that... right?
that's a good question 🤣 also the point you bring is also a good point... it's most likely bound to character because of that 😅
if it's bound to account that'll be great for alt tho hahaha
i was thinking about it because somebody mentioned that how would they look for high lvl mercs with a aurabot if they couldnt carry themselfs.. so i was like "you grab them with the main and then with the aurabo.... wait a minute"
unless there's a level requirement to use them but then that would be dumb as well since you'd have to get rid of your high level mercs if you make a alt
it would be amazing if we could just do that...
One of the mercenaries that GGG showed in the trailer had a Earthquake of Winter skill on him. Can we take that skill for ourselves if we win the duel, or are we limited to the specific Tarthrus gems that GGG created for the league?
Anyone planning on saboteur start?
is it known at what part of the campaign or maps will we get to recruit mercs?
there's few skill with weird name on the mercenaries i don't think we'll be able to get all of them 🤔
in every area
i see so straight out of lioneyes
that's the league mechanic it always been in every area when it's the main mechanic i don't see why it would be different here and yeah in the Q&A they talk about it being in mudflats and iirc it's also mentioned to be in every area
alright then im aurabotting for my merc
i want that skill 😏
i thought about it to be fair early... depending on how powerful they are lol
its kinda crazy the things you can do with just 2 nebulis
How is that build specifically able to be in two different areas at the same time
🙃
9 power charge Uber elder
whats the max auras you can stack on mercs anyway?
From what I understand, you can't change the skills on a Merc. Jury's out on if they can use skills added by gear, but as far as the skill gems, it's straight RNG/presets from what I've seen
I wonder what they'll do about stat requirements... is it just assumed that a merc always has the stats required for an item?
i think they actually have stats and skills trees filled in by ggg. so you would need to see what thier stats are
That would be awesome, but also such a pain to work with IMO
Well, depending on the variety/how it's presented, I guess
I assume stat reqs wont be a merc thing
I saw someone saying 30 archetypes, which feels high - but then, 25 would mean one of every ascendency. That's already a potentially extremely overwhelming amount of information
No stat req means merc carries blunderbore
anyone have recommendations on a league starter for someone whos only played one league so far (phrecia)? was thinking riteous fire since there are leveling guides for that as well (poxh)
Phrecia willl be a bit different since the tuning and the idols etc were crazy. I would suggest RF 100%. My last 3/4 league starts have been RF and its been flawless.
that something that you utilize to farm stuff in endgame for a different build eventually to push more endgame content or is it pretty viable to continue into endgame?
I have farmed all 4 stones on RF but usually just pay someone for the elder and maven stones (I dont like doing bosses
) I usually only reroll off of my RF build once I have farmed my mageblood or the currency for a new build. RF can do anything that doesnt require a specific build (Sanctum). I would just suggest against doing bossing as a focus or ubers though.
Can someone explain me the shipping boats nerf from kingmarch in 3.26?
we have no idea yet, need to wait for more details or for next patch to release to test things out
The "nerf" is that the shipping time is longer, but IIRC they said rewards have been scaled to compensate. Also there's no building Kingsmarch now, so in theory it's just immediately available (buff, not nerf)
*and I guess the Runes being changed is a sorta nerf, since the Runegrafts are likely to be less powerful than the Runesmith'd enchants were. They aren't the focus on the league anymore, after all
That's like a boat-adjacent nerf, since the runes come from shipping
now wait a bloody second, are you telling me I can have a mercenary with 2 auras and curse on hit ring?
we've got to assume they'll apply their curses like anything else: up to their limit, default of 1, and remove any curses that would exceed that limit. So you'll need to raise their curse limit with gear if you want multiple, and not overwrite those with your own curses
I can't wait to level for once, I suspect new elementalist + golems is going to be absolutely disgusting in the campaign (cos you get it all after the first lab 😄 ).
Are the tree Changes already posted?
no
you'd see info on the news channel
Any Date posted when that Happens?

you can check their github https://github.com/grindinggear/skilltree-export
Blind build IT IS then
i dont think The new dude is Zana's brother i think its Sirus cus the whole expansion is about memmories and things
so really pconc is still great for atlas rushing?
They said in the stream that he was Zana's brother
isn't sirus' backstory already established as well?
You could scale more damage and sacrifice defenses but you used Hexblast of Contraduction, you used Energy Blade, you had good damage and you went with the capped defenses
Gonna go heist and beastiary league start so i get huck, einhar, and my mercenary
no cause they have set skills
just use pogface
and the cane
or kingmaker

these are items for an AG that stays by your side. your merc is gonna go ham. better to give it actual gear
people can talk regarding someone as a "sister" or a "brother" as a form of respect
like people that have worked together before
or idk in some fantasy worlds if youre part of the same guild or house youre someone sibling but just a formal respect
if it makes sense
does anyone know if totems immediately attack/cast their skill on summon or if they have to play a full animation?
there will be a delay between you pressing the skill and them casting/attacking
which is the time for you to summon them and for them to appear
but its not that long
yes i know that
which one ya'll think better for league start? champion or slayer cyclone?
but do they have the summoning delay and then have to go through the attack/cast time for the skill?
play champ for somehing new
or do they just attack once summoned
what's the difference
ngl champion looks very fun to me specially cuz that's my favorite ascendency before it got gutted but the items and chase uniques around it will be expensive and idk if i wanna stand in that line
if they ever do attack/cast it will take time
champion scales better but it'll probably be smoother to start off slayer? i'm just split on this
break points for totem placement speed compared to attack speed
was thinking about the new version of siege ballista
the one that fires once and then disappears? You could test it with very low attack speed setup vs. very high attack speed and see how long it takes for the first attack to go off.
there is an activation time that you can't modify between placing the totem and it attacking/casting. It wouldn't surprise me if attack speed would be completely meaningless for that fire-once-and-disappear ballista.
yeah this is what im wondering
it could be an interesting build
dex stacking siege ballista where youre invested in just totem summoning speed
makes it a better all around build
but the activation time is the totem summoning speed which is modifiable
i just dont know if it does the activation time and then have to go through the attack animation
Could someone pls ELI5 the difference between secrets of the atlas and mercenaries league?
afaik there are 3 things. totem placement, which can be modified by totem placement and action speed, it's the time it takes you to put the totem down. that is followed by an activation time, this can not be modified. then comes attack/cast speed, but this might only matter if the totem/ballista attacks/cast more than once, hence my suggested test.
secrets of the atlas is an "expansion", it's changes to the endgame and base game, eg. the memory stuff and new pinnacle bosses. this stuff is available in the permanent standard league as well.
mercenaries is the league mechanic and is only available in the temporary league that starts on friday.
the latter are the mercenaries you can encounter and hire/fight, get their gear with exclusive modifiers and there special gems.
And everything from secrets of the atlas is also available in the mercenaries league?
yes, as it is part of the base game
Ok. Thanks a lot. Understood
How does Venom Gyre look as league start next season?
I suppose everyone will play the mercenaries league right?
yes
im waiting on trarthan gems before i do my pob, im between chaos dot and sst champ
@thick rock https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Totem#Totem_skills
When a totem is placed it has a non-modifiable activation time. This activation happens between the totem being placed and the totem starting to cast. For Spell Totem Support this is 2/3 of a second or ~0.66 seconds.
Not sure what the activation time is on ballistas, so just the nodes from Hiero might already be overkill (~0.15s placement speed) and lead to overcasting your ballistas before they can get a shot off.
well you can easily get to 20 max siege ballistas with iron commander
but the text you cited seems to imply that they also have to do the attack animation as well
When are the rest of the patch notes coming? Any ideas?
i guess the breakpoint would be, having your totem summon speed be 1/5th to 1/6th of the total time it takes for the summoned totems to attack
guys is there a way to make guardian smite work? like smite as main skill as guardian? or what are other options for smite other than champ? because everyone gonna play champ
guys, I think winter orb as main spell isn't a great idea
I'm gonna have my mercenary use it

slayer could work ig, guardian isnt that good as a generic attacker, even inquis would be better prob
but also hard to beat champ here
with the 30% aura effect
yeah wanted to consider aura stacker guardian with the new 50% reservation effecincy and maybe could also do decent dps with smite but thats probably bad idea
ya seems hard to beat champ
if i go inq ill probably just do caster energy blade at late game
champ is also extremally easy in terms of defenses
but idk what to start with
max forti and stacked eva + armor are some good defensive layers
champ is easy from start to end pretty much but everyone gonna play it
endurance too becuse its going to be stacking endurance and frenzy with brotherhood
tbh smite most likely wont be popular enough of a starter for that to matter, yes the gloves and replica badge will cost a bunch but you dont need them at all
nah they aint that expensive
im not worried about that
i think champ is actually fairly cheap beofre you are going for +1 max frenzy implicit ring/shield
the gloves will be costly tho
especially good rolled ones
since its an uber unique
ehhh probably unless + 1 max frenzy only few divs
ive used them last league as slayer stacker of charges
its uber only and forti rolls between 1 and 10
they werent that expensive previously cuz they didnt have enough attention, now they will cost quite a bit
fair
same for badge
but without corruption they wont be very expenive they are not very rare
badge will be more expenive than gloves
for sure
popularity can drive prices quite high, in phrecia damn kaom signs were 20c for a bit
im guessing guardian also doesnt work as caster its probably only good as pure sup?
altho i wonder about guardian mana stacker
it should do fair amount of dmg
its good for elemental hit based minions
with relics
also the node before relics is very good for campaign
fair
just looking for fun league start that can scale later champ seems kinda overwhelming better option than the rest
becuse its so easy to from start
rf has no dmg
also guardian was the least played asc in settlers lul
champion will have an insane jump tho, it was the second least played now it will go top 5 most likely
yeah i guess i could start as inq caster then transfer into energy blade later tho im not sure i want to do attri stacker cause its soooo rough
alternatively you can do trickster cuz the nerfs werent enough for the ee setup
pconc pathfinder then specters (the builds have the same class and some of the expensive uniques are the same so you can transition from pconc easily)
you take that back!
pf specters?
ye
how much RF gets? 50m dps? 60m?
RF gets about 1-4m dps but its the explodes that do all the work
Fire trap you can scale to 36m in an RF build
thats more than enough for all content especially given the build's tankyness
high investment RF with its second skill like trap capped at around 40-60m?
36m at high investment
rf is capped at 36 mil as all dots are
how tanky is RF?
very
thats for my taste not enough dps ive played RF few times
thats basically THE tank starter
but i agree rf is kinda zzz in the single target departament without giga budget
its actually not as tanky as EBlade build.. not as tanky as the champ gonna be with frenzy+endurance stacker.. . not as tanky as armour stacker
the pathfinder pconc guide i wanna follow has this at endgame (cuz permanent progenesis with 70% flask effect is broken), is RF tankier?
while having 1/5 of their dmg? or less
its still very tanky
but in context of starters its one of the tankiest
im new, just 8hours in gamepley, its so hard and slow to lvl up
yes for sure but it has no high scaling and im looking for something i can keep scale and i prefer stuff i havent played alot its why im avoid champ in settlers ive played frenzy +endurance stacker slayer
which is the same build basically
uhh, you are in a poe1 channel but you only have poe2 role, you might be in the wrong channel?
i minmaxed it with mirror rings and shield and what not but its jsut the same
dont worry about it, its enough to be 2-3 lvls near the zone you are in to not trigger xp reduction, usually you are under not over depending on how much you bother killing mobs
oh crap lol sorry
I see allot of builds about volcanic fissure and if I see fubgun doing a build for it must be good
what of this is a conditional lifepool?
its the new ls
my RF has more EHP than that
and i have seen 2m ehp RF builds
i mean permaflasks with PF, so only immortal call cwdt is conditional?
yeaa if it dosent work out il just reeoll to rf if slayer no work out
maybe ES ones.. or during guard skill and stuff doesnt count
but I feel like rf won't be that good for new mega juiced up t16s and to slow
no regular RF
ehp is a whack way of measuring tho
ya like no stuff like guard/or vaal arctic armour etc
the phys max is only 30k
means it can easily get 1 ko from phys still
yea kinda hard to get phys reduction on the ranger side of tree
maybe i could setup my merc to give me endurance charges
ill probably consider armour stacker again or maybe go easy champ easy life. .. but also fair chance ill go inq for energy blade spell blade+battle mage endgame
int+str stack
the new cast speed
is nice
oh yea, kinda funny how blood magic technically got a buff? cuz mana RF has no downside while giving cast speed for free
yeah
it looks so good
or you could basically convert 80% of your mana to armour?
and then you have low man
mana and you can still use reservation
for auras cause they are % based
while basically having no mana and getting 25% more speed
afaik mana rf doesnt look at conversion
oh wait nvm
for a moment i thought conversion = reservation
i guess i should go to sleep
xD
i think the keystone
that convert
should work to reduce your max mana
right?
Anybody know if we can add skills to mercs via gear sockets?
they said they will have preset skills
wasnt shown in the live stream so thats not info we have at the moment
so, no
I need to see the caster changes on the passive tree :/
They come with preset gear too. You can change that, so can't 100% say one way or the other
They were shown being given gear with different sockets, including a Kaom's Heart, and not having their skills change at all. So it's pretty safe to say that their gear sockets do not determine their skill gems.
how would curse limit work with mercs ? If me the player has 1 curse limit, but merc has 2; would enemy have 3 curses active?
when you apply a curse
that curse will override the 2 extant curses
when they apply their curses, your curse will be overrided
the limit applies whenever someone tries to apply a curse
The curse limit is how many curses can be left on the target, not how many each entity is applying
ah nice then
Anybody league start BAMA in 3.25? curious how hard the farm is for the transfigured gems
pretty easy, you can get either blink or mirror arrow of bombarding and then vendor recipe it to get the version you want
@odd gate ty
So ... we have to update the lootfilter manually this time?
i think he means if you have custom rules for those sections, they won't immediately transfer over, you'll have to redo those custom rules in the new layout
or it still auto sync, he just let us know the major changes
if you don't have any custom rules, it'll just work like normal
Anyone know if CoC Forbidden Rite Cyclone might still be good in 3.26?
its been mid for a while and while continue to be mid
Fancy doing some blight ravages, haven't done in a hot minute. Any good build for them?
I think current build is poison crema? last I checked blight discord
Do we know if mercs are character bound or league bound
Ditto!
You know a better one for which off the top of your head that’s pretty fast pace then?
whats your requirement
is a build?
every single other starter you see getting guides put out and getting put in tier lists
Fast pace and good damage ig that’s it tbh
that's all of them
because if they didnt have that
nobody would play them
for example, everything here https://www.reddit.com/r/PathOfExileBuilds/comments/1l6peyr/fubguns_starter_tier_list_for_326/
I mean yah I could do bama league starter again cause I know that one very well
Can anyone try to help me get this to 2 million DPS, without adding additional active skills (ie reap) or a 35 corrupting cry Shako?
https://pobb.in/VamnA8iy1LV4
wheres ur gear
gone
Does any armour add DoT multi or is it just % Inc
I suppose i could run a Dialla's but that gives me conniptions since i want to be absurdly tanky
Also i just realized im basically making Shitty Phys RF
Okay this helps a lot
So does turning Pride to max effect cuz thats probably not fake
+3 Exsanguinate Dragonfang annointing Acrimony
Oh duh Vulnerability is huge here
@echo grove 3mil dps, nakked, Physical SPELL user on the Physical ATTACK class
bro they just nerfed elementalist
they've removed this Enemies Chilled by your Hits have Damage taken increased by Chill Effect
