And don't necessarily make an item valuable on their own

The map dc issue seems to be from using the Karui Shores Map Device.

Settlers is a temporary league, they last usually about 3months (its like a season)
temp leagues reset and everybody starts from zero, when temp league ends, all your stuff and chars gets moved to standard

So, I went to go looking up a starter build for League and it's all Frost Nova. All of it. Like, down the board. Are summoners not really viable in Settlers of Kalgur? I prefer summoner builds in all of the ARPGs I play, and I was just coming from PoE2 after beating the entire story and having fun as a summoner there.

So here's the situation. Right now, in PoE2, I found a sweet spot as a summoner that uses SRS and minions, and I can kill most bosses in a single go, even as I see people complaining about difficulty. I enjoy being strong, and killing things using my minions that I summon.

Back when I played PoE1 during... I think it was a year ago? Whatever league was a year ago, I managed to get pretty far, but it felt a bit restrictive. I was weak and squishy, and I always had trouble knowing what good gear was, compared to PoE1 and being able to go "Oh, +1 to all X skills? This is great" and going from there.

So, I want to know, is there any way to replicate that feeling in PoE1 right now? Are minions in a good shape and powerful, and is it easy to tell at a glance what a good piece of armor is? What guides do I need to read or watch to learn the POE1's "this is good, this is not" thing? That's my main issue, in POE2 it felt like I could just play. in PoE1 it feels like I need to carefully monitor my character and make sure I do X, Y, and Z to be able to reach the final top-tier uber bosses. It feels like if I do anything wrong I've bricked my build and have to start over.

How do I capture the feeling from PoE2 in PoE1, and feel like I'm having fun with a good RPG again?

Does anyone have any advice? It's really difficult to put my experience in words. But the thing is I felt sad when I finished the story in PoE2 because that's it, thre's only Cruel and maps left to do, and I hear the maps aren't even that good and are just rehashes of PoE1.

While you don't pick up items to use as is, you can pick up items to craft on.
Which I think I said, but didn't really elaborate on.
None in low-mid, but in high tier maps you can start thinking about picking up things like high tier bases with 21+ quality or particularly good fractured mods. Both will probably be highlighted by your filter, and may or may not be irrelevant because we're so deep into the league, though maybe less so if you choose not to migrate out of Necro settlers.

And, well, if you're actually going for ssf you'd probably want to check fractured bases a lot more

But most of the time they'll just have a trash mod fractured anwyays

And with a side note that there's also synth items, but those are a lot rarer (and also won't show up in regular maps normally iirc) and a lot harder to be confused by, again mostly going to be trash though

And the reason why none in low-mid is because item levels

Currently play standard before settlers to learn mechanics and know the way throughout campaign or should have stated on settlers

Settlers is the current challenge league

Challenge leagues have a fresh economy, a new mechanic, and challenges to complete for cosmetics

Necro settlers is a child league of settlers

And a bit of an exception, since you can migrate out of it to Settlers at will, and because it's lasting a lot longer than event leagues usually do

At the end of a challenge league, all characters and items are migrated to standard

Well, Settlers is basically a mini town builder type of thing, that in the endgame lets you turn gold and maps into some items over time, or gold and minerals into items, and also recombining items which is a powerful crafting method, for gold and uniques, as well as adding enchantments to your rare weapons

It's really not that complicated since it introduces its parts over time

Idle workers aren't paid

And there's also Faustus, where you can instantly trade items, or list items to trade, but only stackable currency and similar items, but at the cost of gold

As well as pay to respec or for mediocre rare gear

And we have no decent estimate because poe2 ea put the regular schedule out of order
