Does anybody know how the settler economy works? It seems you only have to pay people who are working, so having them unemployed has no negetive effect? And how are the rates calculated how long you are able to pay your settlers? If I take the shown hourly rate and divide them by the money the town has I always get a smaller amount of time I can run the city than it actually shows.
