I just have not been lucky in currency. I must have run 20 Blight maps T14+ I ended up with 2 golden Oil and 3 silver oil 1 Divine and from the Stacked Decks I ended up with around 1.5 divine off around 62 decks. No decent Fractured Items. No decent Scarabs and almost nothing from other leagues.

So went to try Harvest. Tried Crop Rotation method but never got anything above Teir 3 in 30 runs and half the time I wouldn't even get a Lifeforce drop. total at the end 10000 Purple 13000 BLue and 21000 Yellow
Betrayal gave me in those same runs 5 catarina fights which I did get slightly lucky on and made 1 veiled orb.

If you're not making money with crop rotation don't do it. You gotta scarab it with the life force double and you have to check your seeds before you pick the plot to upgrade

T16 crop rotation is ok. I did 39 8mod maps and made like 10-15d in just life force.

I personally like it because I can guarantee a 5 plot will print at least 1k-2k juice

i spent a few dozen chaos to experiment on some rings and certain mods are definitely worth a lot and others are worthless. T1 +to maximum life give no dust whereas t1 attribute, rarity, and evasion rating are all worth a lot.

Item level affects the amount of dust as well it seems. For example the same unique with different ilvl gives different amounts.

just tested a bunch of bench crafted mods on rings... u can add like 1700 dust with a cheap tier 2 max life or mana+ regen...and like 1600 dust with a tier2 crit chance+crit multi. T1 adds a little bit more but that costs chaos whereas t2 is like bubblegum currency...havent tested all bench crafts

can you elaborate a bit more? how big is the margin? can a level 9 worker be more expensive than a level 10? i found that for my workers higher ranks are more gold efficient than lower ranks while the wiki states otherwise. if there is a lot of variance in the wages neither would be true and you would have to look at the individual workers. if @tawdry plover is correct it would be nice to have a table of all possible workers... is there one?

i dont know the values. but yeah sometimes a lv 9 can be more expensive then a lv 10. also keep in mind that other specialties can increase this price as well. f.e. a miner can get very expensive if the worker is also specialised in mapping

That is unfortunate, I am a home bound disabled vet who wants people to interact with. As a newer player I don't necessarily want stuff handed/gifted to me, but companionship and coop would be refreshing.

There's nothing unfortunate in it. Playing together with real life friends is very much possible even without a guild (using just the in-game friends list for example), so the guild stash (and the guild chat to some extent, we are all in Teamspeak though so it's generally only used for linking items) are really the only added benefits that come from having the guild set up. In my scenario that is; it can be different for others.

"Leaving some stuff for others to grab" that I mentioned is not "stuff gifted away". It's more about things like trading scarabs suitable for our very different atlas trees. It's just much more convenient and efficient than everyone buying and selling them individually through trade or currency exchange. I drop off those I don't use/need and take something more useful in exchange. Simple as that.

With friends who have played various different games together for a very long time already (in our case, up to 30 years), it works very well as our own "trading site" as we all know and trust each other.

hey, I have a couple questions about a build I am theorycrafting.

1. Does the runesmithing fire burst skill share a cooldown? I.E. if I have two weapons, each with a fire burst, can I trigger both every hit, or is it 1 per hit every 1.5 seconds?

I get a fair bit just farming strongboxes & harvest with pack size scarabs included. More mobs to kill = more drops = more gold.

You can also do shrines, "Drawn to Power" guarantees at least one magic pack per shrine and you can boost that with scarab of monstrous lineage, etc. Those magic packs actually drop a fair bit.

Basically just think of how you can get as much mobs into the maps as possible and you have a gold farm.

Though the key thing in my opinion is mapping speed. If you juice your maps too much, to the point where it's slow to clear, you probably end up getting less gold than by zooming through two or three easier maps in the same time.

Gold is honestly not an issue if you bother to invest into it at least a little bit. It's like any other mechanic; if you don't invest into it, your gains are going to be minimal. Good thing is that you can also get a lot of gold on the side of investing into something else.

This might be quite literally the BOAT league. Works even for fairly casual players, as you can get rewarded very nicely for passive activities as well. Just dump money into the city, send the ships and npc mappers out, and when you get back you have loot to collect.

Things in the city happen even when you are not logged in, as in, passively. You farm their "wages" when you are actively online, but they keep doing their jobs even when you are not online. As long as they have enough gold to use.

So there is a passive aspect to it, IF you can farm enough gold farmed for them to keep working.

For example keeping the farmers working 24/7 results in great rewards from completely passive action. Just dump a week's worth of wages for them and go on a holiday, and you have a lot of crops to ship out when you get back.

I would call it just a "delayed reward" if I was required to stay there and stare at the shipment timer. But I'm not. If I don't have to actively participate in the process at all, or even be logged into the game during the process outside of setting it up, then it's very much on the passive side.

I felt this meant if I died, I would lose a portal, however, when I died, I lost all portals. However, the ransom option, does it become invalid if you fail to fight? Wasn't loading the first time. It was just a ridiculous amount of mobs. Forgot to mention the setup also had ritual in it. Even my i7-14700k and rtx4070 ti super was struggling to stay at around 60fps.
But somehow it still wasn't as bad as expeditions and extreme archeology keystone. Those really destroyed the frame rate, it went down to 30 at times.

I love bow builds, and with 100d you should be able to put together an insane blaster, but you can't use svalinn which is one of the most broken cheap defensive layers. I still think you'd be fine with a bow build though, depends on the content you wanna do, but with 100d and a mb, I don't think a good deadeye/warden build would fall over.

LS slayer is really good as well, but I don't like LS play style as it's really annoying on some maps.

Outside of builds like that, you could obvs look at something which incorporates explodes, but afaik explodey builds with decent survivability, speed and clear usually cost more than 100d to put together.

Glad to see another league go by where melee is still trash. Slayer still has no way to mitigate damage properly, berserker having 10% increased damage on a node that gives the same damage as PT is ridiculous and spells still being better in every way shows that GGG lied about the quote unquote "melee buffs". I really hope GGG matures at some point and just comes out and says "no, we don't like melee, deal with it." rather than stringing along paying customers for years. 864 deaths in league on a slayer i've invested 12 divines into.
