Assigned workers with nothing to do don't take wages, but will once there is work to be done.

To the best of my knowledge, farmers are the only ones that will always take wages.

@fading oriole other possibility is that whats seen is just those that are working (i think when i was unassigning miners the other day I could see the number not changing since they were already not working)

And the confusion is that you're seeing one wage from just the active workers, and not considering the spike once there is work available for the ones that are assigned and idle

Buy orders are only relevant when you want to sell the item, since it shows you the highest price people are willing to buy for.
There is a reason why real markets have fancy historical graphs, exactly for people like you who want better prices than the market rate
PoE simply doesn't have this as of right now, its living through the invention process of market exchanges

Weirdly enough it doesn't seem to work anymore when I have it. Normal leech cannot keep up with it obviously, but Vaal Pact leech just doesn't work anymore. I keep hitting with 8k leech per hit and yet it doesn't seem to apply when I have CB.

Guess it's a bug then, maybe reporting helps
