Farming verisium ore reminds me of harvest and a different mechanic from the past... and I don't think I liked that past one nor do I like the harvest encounters

Basically try to get the ones with the rewards you like in the locations that correspond with it. And prioritize creating "connections" between members (trusted/hated, doesn't matter, but hated preferable, but to become hated they sometimes gotta be trusted first.)
