This fracture mod seems fairly rare, is it as good as it sounds? It's a fairly nice base too

useful on gloves? i'd say no

you can easily get it as a jewel corruption or on the mastery

gloves suffix are too good to give up for that one imho

plus 90% of the time you want influenced gloves and fracturing takes the opportunity out
