Mana is a resource, you either use it to cast or you reserve it. And if you have a ton of mana and only need a bit to cast, you can reserve the rest. Also, auras are really powerful.

It's actually a really common feature of.most endgame builds, it's weird to see people with large amounts of unreserved mana

Not exacly becouse hit this perfect setup on ssf hc ruthless would také ages. So I didnt have copy of items, I had just few row/column boost, then I used craftexile and just puted in thing and see result.

Not just that but there’s like next to no builds that can utilize the modifiers well. An evasion build doesn’t use armor, an armor build doesn’t use evasion. Most builds reserve a large chunk of their mana and can quickly recover what remains so mana regen isn’t needed. 3 life per hit is just a garbage mod tbh. 50% of lightning dmg converted to fire is ok, but not a big deal aside from like RF builds if they really want to

The process was: buying the fractured base for 10c, harvest reroll defenses until hitting good prefixes, then eldritch chaos/exalted orb until hitting good suffix(es in this case).
Finished up with Tailoring Orb, the right eldritch implicits and 6-linking. :divine:

you have two of the same skill set to full dps btw
exarch has 45mil health, which is buffed to 150mil EHP with the damage reduction for an uber, you should kill it in less than half a second if it was doing 500million that the build says.
In the video, it took 6 seconds to do the 150million damage, that's only really 25mil effective dps AKA 7.5mil to do 45mil with the 70% damage reduction in 6 seconds. You might need to fix the pob some more but the tank stats look nice.

His screenshot is almost 3x as many pixels in height, and while it does cover slightly above the character and below, it's not 3x as much. So I'd wager his screen resolution is just higher
