the build doesnt even have value on cast speed anyway
no one plays LCoH, so i got the imbue w pcoc for like 10d
build probably could have been cheaper by 100d, but i wasted too many tempering orbs aiming for 10% explicit lightning on the staff, only to settle on 8% the 3rd time it appeared

Charged traps only works to give you a charge whenever a trap trigger but sunblast means it cannot trigger
So you can't get charges
but skitterbots free trigger traps if they walk over them
so if they walk over your sunblast traps before they blow up
you have a chance to get charges
