For Binos Mamba, is that crit chance in defence lying to you or does it equate like crit chance against enemies at full life etc. Its saying at 60% and have no other way to add more crit. But the POB I followed says their crit is about 98%. Just kind throwing me off

This is Jungs build I followed. It does take Perfect Agony but I'm considering changing shit. Not sure why the POB says 98% crit chance and I'm getting 60%

so you see it's a slower ability as it's a dot but it's cold and quite nice

as someone who plays WTB a lot i am not sure i'd recommend it to a newer player

it has weird mechanics/scaling vectors, it is quite comfy but scaling it is somewhat difficult and obtuse

but it is comfy
