Kinda depends on the strat you’re doing, if you just endless blasting 130+ currency bloodlines breach you’ll probably hit eventually

Nah the mirror from boxes is from past leagues with arcanist boxes. They seem to have giganerfed discernment this league, it’s not as common

There are a lot things taht go into it. Go to Poe Ninja and look at some bow builds and see what stats they have on their bow. Same thing if you are trying to figure out if a wand or sword is good or not.

But it's not a great speed base, and that build doesn't care about the bow's base damage

EHoTs has built in flat which is one of it selling points. But why you might consider swapping to say Tornado Shot once your gear is good enough that you scale the gem in other ways such as number of projectiles.
