Old t1 life was 70 something to 85. New T1 life is significantly higher. They didn't actually change the tiers, though, so they just upped t1 from the 70-85 to the t1 you see there. Thus, the fracture doesn't change. If it wasn't fractured, you could divine it for the new higher number.

then prepare like 3 elevated donors

so you have to essence spam until hypothermia, then exalt or do some crafting magic to get another influence mod, then pray orb of dominance it lands on the hypothermia, then you suffix lock and reforge influence until you get shaper aoe, and be sure you try to get another influence, then pray on the dominance again.

then once you get that, you suffix lock veiled exalt and pray it doesn't land on the shaper aoe
