Well, because it's a statement that's interpreting the situation incorrectly.

Companies are not required to give a reason to non-involved parties. They do give a reason to involved parties but they don't require to give a reason that the recipient deems sufficient. The general legislation determines what is or isn't a sufficient reason.

Furthermore companies do allow appeals. GGG has dished out wrong bans all the time and then rolled back. Jenebu has been banned multiple times before. It is only so many strikes when you get the last one.

Furthermore people can and have the option to sue if it's actually a malicious ban. Most don't because it's expensive and because 99.9% they breached the rules and don't actually have a leg to stand on. Then they attempt to use tactics such as "This is impacting me so much". Well, so does shooting someone and going to a jail. Sure, the offense is not comparable but you don't get scot free from consequences of your actions.

I will also point out that at no point did Jenebu deny breaking the ToS. In fact, he strongly implied he was well aware of what ToS he had broken, and he made it clear that he considered himself to be above the ToS.
