and secondly, it makes you have tocap the levels on your guard skill

so you dont benefit from extra levels

I'm not super sure about molten shell, but I know IC works very nicely with extra levels

so if you're at 1 health, you sacrifice no life, and thus get no damage

this is why lifestack sacrifice usually runs either a ton of regen or Eternal Youth + Dissolution
