if I'm reading it right, your choice of map doesn't really matter now, wish for rust can show up anywhere and presumably has the same %chance to do so regardless of layout.

so if you want to farm it you want a layout where you can quickly find the mirage and, if it has wish for rust, quickly get to the astral chains where the boss will be

RF is probably the single best build if you need to be able to just walk away from the game without pausing. Pohx's setup, in particular, is arguably the most refined/well documented build in all of PoE

But if you want something that's a little more active, Spectres is probably a solid choice that can farm basically anything and has room to grow as you play. I believe Ziz has a video from leaguestart with details and a mostly-updated PoB for it

FRoSS was incredibly comfy last league. Probably? Whispers of Infinity is a few div, the shield and the helmet are both less than 50c. Unique flask is gonna be a bit pricy, unique jewels are always hit-or-miss on pricing, but it's not gonna make/break things if you can't afford/find it right away

2. You can install the game wherever you want. You can even kind of move your existing Standalone with copy/paste to a different drive to test.

its a Dissolution build, so while Steelskin doesn't actually provide a whole lot of extra hp on top of the 27,000 max hp it already has, what Steelskin does provide is more than 2 seconds of protection from very small amounts of chip damage

In this very specific case, where Steelskin is being used for a Dissolution build to give it a bit of protection against very small amounts of chip damage, you want it up when you're taking very little damage

Looks like earthshatter is way better than tectonic slam for damage, and pretty good for clear too because of the fissures auto popping the spikes

anyways, given that Wither is an enormous damage multiplier, I have to assume that this build is, in fact, running Wither, because otherwise you could just remove the Guardian Blessing + AG + Zealotry setup and replace it with wither totems to almost double the DPS by itself
