So i did the demon lycia, bloodline altar appeared and a portal to the previous area appeared. you can get 1.6k dex easily, just buy a synth belt with inc dex, use a dex essence, astrementis, follow poeguys jewels and pathing and in 5 divs max you can reach some good dex
