orbs don't expire by themselves, they just last longer

the explosion is supposed to make up for the fact that the orb won't stay around any longer
stormburst has a special mechanic to deal most of the dmg even if short channel, and full dmg on long channel

To try and logically analyze the Screams of the Dessicated Leather Belt:
- We have seen it with only 2 normal shrines (resistance + diamond).
- They asked GGG (according to Ziz reading patch notes vid) and got confirmed it will have 1 offensive and 1 defensive shrine always.
- We have been informed sources of freezing/shocking/skeleton shrines are replaced by greater versions from sources of gear or passives that give random shrine effects. I hope this applies to this belt but I'd say it's a 50/50 cuz the shrine effect isnt periodically randomly applied but a stat picked on creation (or divining if applicable) then that is no longer random.
- There are 15 normal shrines. I would say we can probably strike divine shrine leaving 14 normal shrines.
- Diamond (1), Brutal (2), Echoing (3) and Gloom (4) - I would assume these are offensive.
- (Greater?) Lightning (1), (Greater?) Freezing (2), Massive (3), (Greater?) Skeletal (4), Acceleration (5), Resonating (6) - these I won't just assume which way they go cuz I didnt find a perfect even split and I dont even know what a greater shit shrine does.
- Shrouded (1), Resistance (2), Impenetrable (3), Replinishing (3) - I would assume these are defensive.
