Instead of 120% Inc from int it's just 60%

so far i only see they killing good builds and not giving any in return in 3.26 fros and this fire slayer was cheap and great then dead in 3.27 so evi got issue but still was nice, now nerfing its dmg and survability....

they should buff bad builds instead kiling good one

The Arcane Isle comes only in the supporter pack, and once the Keepers is gone, the pack is gone as well
