When doing stuff like tides of time, I don't necessarily use PoB for uptime. I just think my flask generation instances set breakpoints for flask duration (traitor is 5s, other things are 3s, combined you have a mess). Then get a bismuth usually with maybe extra charges gained or reduced charges used, use on full charges + runegraft of the warp + alchemists genius
