Those things salvaged casters many times in the past, but cast on attack is kind of gish and proj/duration has been done so much

yea ive been super negative, with justification, about most of 3.27 patch notes
but ive always maintained that at least the sections on general skill buffs and the ascendency changes were very nice to see, even if the rest of the notes were lacking
coz that at least shows some positive forward progress
the same was true of the 3.26 patch notes too, they had a lot of small incremental buffs to underused skills, that was great
except the absolutely weird* nerfs to some skills kind of took away from some of it (not all of them, things like msoz or ls getting nerfs was expected and justified, but splitting steel and fire trap and fbok was not)
