Nah, I just think beacon gives you what you want + also great clear, but at a cost where making a good character with your remaining resources is way more difficult than just doing something else. Meanwhile, inextricable fate gives another version of the same thing, but in a way where you can never solve clear unless with hit dmg, capping poison chance anyway, getting up to 4 times the clear you should have needed, or similar

Prolif does help to a degree. Every mob killed adds an additional poison to monsters in radius. If you only hit a rare mob with 7 poisons but its pack contained 20 mobs that died, prolif will be big for clear even on a spray skill
