I was hoping someone could help me learn a bit more about how Ultimatum rewards work on a more technical level.
What i understand, the rewards in the windows don't scale with quant and rarity on the map, is this correct, and is this also the case for catalysts dropped by the trial master if you where to fight him using the scarab?
also, the item level of the rewards scale with area level, but how does this affect inscribed ultimatums, and is there a lower limit for when 200% more life tablets can start to show up?
