to answer how u get tanky as life stacker its just progen + high pool + insane recovery from leech+regen and optionally defiance

if you use the life cost tech than defiance is kinda needed or you kill youreself sometimes

you have enough duration to not click it in the middle of the monsters

and even after spending 15k life on bv cast you have 10k left

than youre life cost is low if you do it correctly you can reach 80% max life

i think up to 90% even

imo the sweetspot is lifecost 50-60% of ur hp

dont think lifetap is good

just low enough to proc tender embrace
