like with 6 base projectiles plus a potential 10 more from Gluttinous tide, and 40% frenzy on hit, you'd get an average of 6.4 frenzy charges per Gluttinous attack, or 2.4 per regular attack, so you'd do an extra projectile attack on average every... 2/5 attacks, with the other 3/5 being regular attacks

early game, you mostly just have to use mana flasks, though Clarity can help a lot. Late game, different skills deal with it differently. Attacks usually just get some small amount of mana leech, usually from the passive tree, especially if you're in around the Ranger end of the tree. With the amount of damage you're doing later on, even a very small amount of mana leech is sufficient to get you all your mana back from every attack.

Spells either get a bunch of mana regen, or use some other method like Blood Magic, Eldritch Battery + Energy Shield Leech, that sort of thing

since very deliberately there's no ways to get mana leech with spells in the game

and if you're on the Marauder side of the tree, often the solution is just to spend life on your skills

and regen/leech it back faster than you're spending it

Chaos is the basic unit of currency, Divines are the premium currency, generally worth around 100-200 chaos, and there's technically a third tier of hyper-premium currency, Mirrors, but realistically that's out of range of all but the most ridiculously dedicated

without the foulborn mods its a leveling unique at best ... and with foulborn mods its a viper strike of mamba glove (preferably you want both foulborn mods but just the spread one is good enough cuz it means you dont need bino or pathfinder)

I thought so too at first, but then using vaal summon skeletons with it is just insane, and instead of exploding the skeletons I run vitality and purity of elements to keep em alive

imagine if vaal animate weapon could inherit the base type of minion the skill gem was ... so like if you corrupted the ranged version it would be random unique bows

yeah cover in ash and force the damage to fire, then you can hit with other fire resistance strip

in keeper (and phrecia league) ash is far more accessible if you use a graft skill

call the pyre (and heart of flames if it rolls the suffix) covers with ash on hit when you shield charge

I think you should try to scale either the skeletons or the RF, not both at the same time

If RF you use the graft for cover with ash, with skeletons you use some off meta build with the Sceptre
