Flat would be if archmage worked on it for example, but it shouldn't since RF doesn't hit. Chainbreaker would add rage cost that supports could multiply though. And misted (can have reversed mods) -# final mana cost jewelry should just add the flat listed on the item to all skills

more investment in Ranged animate weapon helped with having more of them, that made up for them bein a lil stoopy sometimes
