• if your bandwith is limited (slow max speed) and u saturate that by say watching videos or something at the same time as tryna play the game, that could have an impact
• if ur routing is bad from ur servers to the connecting servers (ggg) then maybe a vpn can help if its atrocious, but thats hit or miss
• if the servers ur connecting to (ggg) are potato then nothing u do is going to fix it
