okay so I talked with someone running max block glad, and they said that the reason they're not running Petrified Blood despite having only 80% unreserved life is because it gives them more max HP against DoTs. Which, fair enough, DoTs are the main issue for the build, but at the same time I'd think the build's recovery would be more important than its max HP against DoTs

so ultimately I guess it's a tradeoff

Petrified Blood improves your max hit a bit, but leaves you less time to react to DoTs, while Enlighten gives you a bit more time to react to DoTs, but lowers your max hit a bit
