Then lock prefix and reforge chaos, and craft the last res? If you need better res than may have to eldritc annul until suffixes have chaos + fractured + empty, then lock prefix reforge elemental again
there might be some combo of fossils that could be better for this also. But the pain thing is gloves have elemental attack mods on prefix

It's a bit of an odd phrased question. 4-flask is what everyone wants on mageblood except some weird LL people doing shenanigans with Balbala kestyone and Coruscating Elixir that are prolly like used by max 0.05% of the playerbase, or wardens that use tinctures and don't have 4 slots for flasks so they don't care if it's 3-flask or 4-flask. But 4-flask is obviously always going to be most expensive, unless something huge happens to flasks or the belt itself in the future. As for prices they always fluctuate when it's player to player
