As far as the fire statment goes, yeah thats clear with perk placement and no masteries around it,

But its also important to relise righteous fire was an inquisitor skill, so all of the fire stuff is really just not in the game right now

The reason why ignite is stronger than the other afflictions is because you can apply multiple stacks of ignite to one enemy, granting you more energy.

So if your an infernalist and your damage is constantly improving every time you hit someone if it burns, it would be a new stack.

ele soul core is 60% increased damage, based on your tree that would be more damage if you had <200% increased damage already (assuming you're doing heavy ele conversion skills like ice strike)
crit damage is 24% crit damage, would barely be more damage if you had no other sources of crit damage and 100% crit rate (definitely not true)

That's just the design of bosses in this game. Think of them more like Soulslike bosses. They have very strong attacks, some even 1 shot. But they are really well telegraphed. You just need to keep trying and practice more. Learn their patterns and when to dodge. After you beat a boss.. its so easy the next time you do in Cruel.

Look for life on gear. Check the Vendors every few level for a scepter with + minion level, a neck with the same, a helm with the same.
Get Rageing spirits as soon as possible, proc them with firewall, first jeweler gos into them.
The Permanet minions are arsonist
