If your a warrior, prolly heading towards the merc area, there's a ton of atk speed nodes then titan gives you extra 50% on small nodes

the idea is to scale the elemental expression from the invoker somehow, with 100% crit chance from the weapon and a lot of atk speed
I believe still heading south on the tree there will be a couple atk speed nodes, but not 100% would need to look at tree
is archmage on a non lightning focused build worth losing a bunch of other skills like srs/arctic armour/vitality/cannibalism/etc
if you really want to, theres a 1% aspeed per 15 dex
Is it rly worth taking all the small atk bonuses near the base of the tree on a standard titan build for example or is it better to just take the attribute bonuses and take the "short" route toward the good stuff
You save about 2-4 nodes going the short way and I'm really having difficulty evaluating the opportunity cost

You are not doing chaos damage, you are doing fire damage
So you would want to scale fire
depend on what nodes youre looking for? not seeing a lot of early point skipping unless theyre trying to do some build that need heavy traveling

I have swap my cold monk from pure eva to eva+es and now I wonder how to get back my ES fast when I'm fightning a boss without that Meditate thing
Ghost dance is really the only way, you could spec into ES recharge for pinnacle content, but doing so for every map boss would be a bit much, just have to be patient here and there. Since you're cold every freeze is basically a free ES refill.

What do you mean by free ES refill? Because they are frozen and my ES starts to regenerate again?
Yeah, you just have time, only thing that will stop you during the freeze is arena hazards

You could also consider "Eternal Youth" keystone depending on how much ES you have compared to HP.

Worth a shot for sure IMO if bosses are your main issue, makes your life flask more useful

and why do you need to pop shock? afaik you can keep getting energy by shocking repeatedly itll just wont override the highest one, or atleast thats how it should work

if it work anything like those cast on x, you should get those "charges" just by repeatedly shocking enemies, dont need to remove them

Yeah you will likely lose out on chaining with ele focus on Herald. It's not very good with that ring.

for gem setup my plan there was mostly:
shockburst, galvanic, stormcaller arrow, emergency reload, blasphemy temp chains, herald of thunder, wind dancer, ghost dance, grim feast
blasphemy temp chains is mostly just something i like you can do some cast on shock stuff for more damage instead too
Speaking of lightning, I was also hoping there would be some sinergy between the Bow's Lightning Rod skill and other lightning ones

Can you make a warrior around pure phys burst damage? How important is it to stack another layer of multiplicative damage via bleed or ignite. I've been thinking about something around the multiplicative nodes for more dmg vs stunned enemies but I wonder if adding bleed on top of that just makes it better

my info about the timeless jewel not doubling comes from someone testing the str one in first place and it not working
thats 100~ es, 70 life, 150 mana, some crit maybe or potential 100 resists😭
in reality its really just 100 resist and maybe 500ish mana after all the increases
there arent that many mana increases so probs even less. but yea can alawys just try it on for few maps and swap back if you dont like it

They are not bonus, but yes they are limited based on the weapon set.
they are extra passives like in poe1 in campaign. but you can allocate them for each weapon separately, or you can just allocate them as part of your normal passive tree
you can click the arrow thingies in top left to pick either wep 1 or wep 2 passives
and then allocate for those

btw you are wasting 2 points here as the middle connects
well either 2 or 3, you can also just remove the middle connection at bottom but i think its slightly better because it gives bunch of dex so you can put other smalls to other attribute reqs

Well, most uniques trade off raw implicit stats for effects. There's nothing you can do to make that ES shoot up. Put a rune in, that's it
thats why i was so split on which to focus on for now..
arc def does quite a bit more early, but if boss is next to wall spark can do a lot
you will be grabbing mostly same stuff for both anyway in the end

so like keep both imo and if you feel like you arent using arc at all

You get 60 spirit from normal campaign, then another 40 on cruel. Totaling 100 just from a playthrough

In general lack of flat additives on the tree is annoying. Enjoy all that life leech, if you're lucky with gear. Also, no health% nodes is infuriating. There's like one, and it's pathetic 3%

Right now there's two defense styles. Stack ES and chill, or do anything else and fight for your life. I think block at least is quite decent

No, they are increases. if you have 40 base block chance that node will make it 42.

Most builds will want the chaos resistance if they aren't going chaos innoculation. Chaos res is hard to come by.
It's not that tough to get, you can get soul cores, and buy cheap corrupted jewels with chaos res
i just grabbed 5 attribs on all my chars
the suffx value is similar and i would rather wear my items than survive chaos hit 
SOul cores and bad jewels have opportunity cost which IMo is steeper than losing out on 5 attributes

If I had to bet the item level for the belt needs to be at least level 50 since that’s the requirement for the belt. There hasn’t been much extensive testing on that that I’m aware of but I wouldn’t try chancing a belt that’s item level is lower than 50.

Item level is when you hover over the item and hold alt, the belt will have a required level and an item level, the item level should be 50 or higher.
50% increased life regen is the difference between capping out at 300 demon form stacks or 450.
So just pay attention to how they impact your life regen rate and decide whether you need the extra regen or not for your particular build

if we're talking just with ice strike you'll need good added lightning damage/extra damage as lightning. You can also just setup other things like charged staff to shock instead.

It can vary from group to group and map to map, there’s some maps and groups you won’t feel the movespeed as much. But typically you’d rather find a faster group/map over the extra 20% rarity

So the only way to up their “pen” is curses and exposure that lower the enemy resists
It's also worth considering a weapon swap for curse effect nodes. You can really juice your curse effect with those at no cost to your minion dps/tankiness. I believe you will lose your minions momentarily though

im using galvanic shards and the three dragon helm to build up freeze then using fragmentation rounds to spread poison (with herald of plague) to enemies all around and mass killing things, but the greaves cause lots of gas clouds to spawn, that id like to explode passively somehow

Currently the explosion does not care about the damage the ignite does, just that it ignites/does fire damage.
i felt everything is worse besides damage, so to make it really good i feel you need to be able to sustain at least 200 stacks
the damage will be based on your corpsewade's skill for the explosion damage.

im running gemling atm with galvanic shards with glaciation to build up freeze then using poison prolif with fragmentation rounds to pop those freezes to mass detonate and destroy all frozen enemies
so my rotation is for mobbing galv -> frag -> high velocity rounds, was hoping there was something more hands off for a last way to proc those gas clouds without sacrificing much but maybe just having those clouds do DoT might be better
at 11 i clear fine at 10 tbh, spark with insta stun and 100% crit chance orb of storm just kinda melts the screen

- Electrocute only applies to the supported skill. So Charged Staff would be unable to shock. But any lightning damage dealt by CS would contribute to Electrocute buildup.
- ....it doesn't work like how you're imagining, because Charged Strike is not a skill that does damage. You can't even support it with Electrocute.
