it's a kinda good item for that level if you can put there another resistance. You can use an exalt and check the 2 suffix mods. If one is bad, then you can use an omen of abyss to remove suffix (right click the omen to activate it on your inventory) with an essence of abyss. This is a 50/50 tho, you can lose the lightning resistance.

And then finish with an exalted

Make sure these are correct. The trade website is incredible, very well made, so you can have the most stringent search ever if you so wish, but the broader the better if you wanna find the most items for cheap.

The sanctum / Djinn is just incredibly hard if you don't have relics for help. I had to do it multiple times to unlock more relics with stuff like honor resistance or more max honor, etc.

You can buy djinns for like 1 exalted if you not ssf

Okay, here's what I would do:

In the "musts", put life, str, and chaos res.

One search for implicit count 1, with two options: fire and cold
Then another search for explicit count 1 with 2 options:
Fire and cold

Then set a max fire and cold of 1% higher than the highest resistance roll so any rings with implicit + explicit of the same type will be trimmed down.
