also don't ignore block, it can make a big difference to your chance of being hit

if you have 50% evasion and 50% block you only get hit 25% of the time, which is easier to get than 75% evasion for example

50% block is a lot mind you, I'm only using it as an example because the maths is easy to understand

but getting from 75% evasion to 85% evasion is a huge cost, but 75% evasion and 40% block gets you 85% avoidance

only thing is block slowly builds up stun but because you're an avoidance build you shouldn't get that much stun buildup

he has 3 phases. by the looks of it he bugged out on you. usually around 60% ish he goes into phase 2, and around 40% he goes into phase 3. every time he goes into a new phase he gains a large damage reduction and is supposed to move to the next area

assuming it's bugged purely bc that screenshot looks like the phase 1 area

and you have the boss on 10% hp

No, you just need a waystone with 4+ affixes on it. There should be a tooltip to inform you of this when you attempt to enter the map, maybe it doesn't show up with the controller UI.

certain mobs in the trial has tick damage so its not a single hit damage but one that maybe ticks 10 times in half a second. on certain stacking negative buffs it will be the end of your char. just dont get hit as a ranger you already have movement speed + dodge

and dont hesitate to portal out of the trial if you dont think you will be able to complete it, any nice relics you picked up on the failed run will improve your next run

it also drops on hc, which invalidates its existence in the first place

resurgence is a bad inclusion also, but its conditional and will not defend you vs all deaths on HC

my transmute not counting augments can hit 2 single affix max phys % highest tier. and then i can do another 50/50 recomb with flat phys on the win
