Hey maybe someone can shed some light. For me to acquire more "map boss skill points" the tooltip says: "Slay a map boss in an area level 79+ Map to earn points in this tree."

So I went out with a t15 map, found an irradiated map with a boss and when checking the monster level of that map it says 79 but after completing it, it didnt drop any skill points. I did the same thing after that with an area with that contains monsters of level 80 but that didnt help as well. How am I supposed to progess? Unless area level has nothing to do with monster level, in that case where can I find the area level?

Not all corrupted/cleansed maps give +1 to Monster Level anymore, you need to find a map that has that specific line on the node.

You can only get one set of points at a time, since you also need to beat the boss at a higher difficulty (ie allocate the set of points you get) to be eligible for the next set.

For some reason i suddenly can't cast a spell (curse) thats linked to my second weapon set, if i change it to my 1st set it casts OK, otherwise it just uses mana but doesn't actually cast it, my character just moves its arms around :/

I've checked all of my passives for the 2nd weapon set and can't see anything that would restrict it.. i have enough INT to use the spell in both weapon sets... losing my mind

it's very bad but not entirely shit, it was much worse due to bosses having overwhelm but that was removed ^^ on Smith you get 25% of physical taken as, which is a very high effective armour increase, it's possible to keep up full stacks of scavenge plating now which is a lot more armour.

So it's possible to probably achieve a effective 25k armour without to much investment. Honestly the worst part about armour is that you need to be life with it :^)

Genuine question: Now that I started doing maps, how am I supposed to get better gear, granted that:

1. I just have 10 exalts
2. Currently I have like 1300 Life and 100 shield (Mercenary witch hunter - doing woolie's Galvanic shards build)
3. More or less stuck at level 71 since I only keep getting tier 1 waystones so I get no exp
4. Build says if you're stuck just buy a better weapon.. with what?

Is there a formula on how to actually get progress or is it solely based on luck?
