There isnt a level, you need to gather a fragment from each of the 3 ultimatum bosses when they're the final boss of an ultimatum in order to use them to unlock the Trialmaster boss fight

No, I believe that is showing an increase to your regular crit chance, not a flat addition to it. Otherwise, just picking up that ascendancy notable would be enough to guarantee crits in many cases.

So in your case, your crit chance should be doubled on average (if I'm understanding it correctly, since, in my own use, it definitely doesn't seem like I have a 90~% crit chance)

You want good ES sustain before you take it, if you happen to be 1HP when your ES recharges, you won’t be able to heal for example.
