you alc all of them first, then aug the rest, regal and at that point you sort all those with increased Gold for Vaal. Ex slam all of the rest.
Then you sort all with increased rarity and quality or just rarity for greed or paranoia instill x3 each. Those that don't have rarity quantity, just use for point travel

And make sure you have at least 100% IIRC

in this case, the lightning damage at that tier is (1-4) to (49-73). you add the min and max then divide by 2 to get the average.
so if you want a high roll, you add (4 + 70) / 2 = 37. then you put 37 in to find at least that much average flat damage.

The delirium rewards in delirious maps drop periodically as you go. You've already gotten the rewards. They don't drop all at the end like delirium mirrors

The percentage you see below an enemy's health bar is just the increased damage taken, calculated based on how many withered stacks they have.

You have to enter configuration, and select that the enemy is withered (and I believe enter how many stacks they have)

Otherwise your wither effects will not apply.

doesn't seem to work, I have withering presence active, but thanks to you, I know it's working. If I turn off withering presence, dmg stays the same. In configuration there are stacks of withered on enemy, but no change in dmg when activated

That's because withering presence is not currently implemented in pob

I would add withering touch to one of your skills as an extra support, but if you're only on withering presence I wouldn't put withered stacks to more than 2 (maybe 3)

There's a data.lua file that you can edit apparently, where the shock magnitude is currently capped at 20
You can edit this cap to be as high as you like.

Like for withering presence to maintain 8 wither stacks you would need significant SED (or perhaps reduced duration works with it to fire more often), but then I wouldn't expect it to take a full fight to stack that high.

Since wither stacks are individual, and decay individually, it should stack as high as it can shortly after something enters your presence.

and base duration is 3 sec

well time freeze has +40% more skill duration, but still

withered duration is 13 sec

It's not that your wither stacks can get that high, it's more that you said it only happens on longer bosses.

If these numbers are accurate, you should climb to (and maintain) 8 stacks in 12 seconds 😅
