The search i linked you filters for atleast one +1 arrow bow.

The one in your second screenshot has it rolled as a suffix mod.

And that one is better than the one you first posted.

Also spending a majority of your budget on your bow is the right move as a bow build 99% of the time.

this is fake news media, dont get jebaited into the rarity fomo. it softcaps out at about 100 rarity and after 200 its really bad returns. also take into account map rarity + your gear. if you want good drops you need to stack quant on tablets + rolling quant maps and juice tablets from your atlas tree. if you get the prefix / tablet buff proc on your map, you can get 300% increased quant maps that drop insane amounts of loot (its basically 4x normal loot)
