it's very hard to evaluate gear in a vacuum since at any given moment what is best for your character is dependent on all sorts of other variables. like if you're hurting for dps then what you want on a focus is different from if you're hurting for survivability.

yeah I don't have it here in front of me but I can check, the main thing that consumes mana on my build is a cascade of COF that consume 1000 each, and a screenful of foes that get hit concurrently will do multiples of it
