Configure you atlas tree to drop more waystones, when you have a good healthy supply of T15 maps, you can start juicing them, then pick the best ones with the highest quantity to run on the big Breach nodes that have corruption + iradiated.

You can also place tablets that add +quantity to your atlas nodes

Just beware of running "Deadly Evolution" when you go to fight citadel bosses. I recommend uncheck it for that fight. If you get the "Extra Energyshield" mod on the citadel boss he gets like 100 billion energy shield and it's super fucking annoying and takes forever to kill them

If you are prioritizing higher tier bosses for your atlas tree, then yes you'll need corrupt+irradiated nodes. So path around them until you can put tablets in nearby towers and irradiate them. Come back when they have both corruption +Irradiation

I'm at 75% resists, except chaos, and high hp on most gear. I do fine until a random thing one shots me.

To actually get tanky as ranger you need energy shield, it's not possible to get enough hp
