Different mobs can have different resistance. So it’s unlikely you do the same damage

just need to get the timing right for the hands, once you know the feel of the delay before the slam you can dodge them pretty consistently. also use the corridors for moments of respite to heal up and avoid attacks

In terms of your first issue it might be that the offers you are trying to buy are undervalued and people don't answer because they got many whispers. Your question isn't easy to answer since there are to many unknown variables
