I believe the 0.75s budget blink on weapon swap refers to using shield charge followed by blink with crest of ardura shield and allocating cdr passives using weapon set points. using blink immediately after charge will cancel the delay at the end of charge and with around 1.5s cd on both you are moving every 0.75s on average

You probably don’t have enough energy shield without everlasting gaze. EB only converts the energy shields that NOT from everlasting gaze.

yeah i dont get some peoples drops tbh, they say 100% mf is where the diminished return start. I have that met, and juiced up maps and I never see these multiple divine drops in juiced breaches

Yeah, if you play trade, in late game (T13+) you rarely pick up things except currency unless you know what you’re doing (e.g crafting, chancing etc)

Not sure how much that would increase the value, not by much since catalyst are rly cheap. It also comes down to the buyer, if the buyer for example would need more fire or cold res then the lightning catalyst would do nothing for them.
