Can someone explain the economics of losing in Maps? Say you're on the T3 quest, you lose, now you don't have any Waystones. Is the only way to buy 9 T1s then reforge or run T1s and hope a T3 drops? You can use your right stick to override the direction of the auto targeting. If you point it in the direction of the item in relation to where it is to you, you will see your interaction jcon appear. I have been able to use this specifically in the trials to snag a death crystal in time to then fight the mobs who spawned.

so GGG has regularly said that they think procedurally generated levels are better because it keeps things from becoming repetitive, but the ARPG whose levels I enjoyed most was Grim Dawn and its levels are hand-crafted. Every time through the campaign, the maps will be exactly the same, but they have so much more detail to them than anything in PoE

so im able to do t4 breach boss and can run t16 comfortably and citadels are a cakewalk, then why during the simulacrum the first boss on wave 5 or 6 was kosis and i could barely do any damage to him, he didnt have any modifiers besides the wave but there was a point like im doing nothing to him and idk why thats su much different than other content

Mods on items have tiers. So a +life mod could have 10 different tiers. Within each tier, there is a range. So a T1 life roll may be from 10-20, T2 from 20-30, etc.

Low level items can only get low tier mods. High levels items can get high tier mods, but you may get unlucky and get a low tier mod on a high level item.
